And I extensively rejoice in all the merits of all those who have entered and all sentient beings. I urge all the Buddhas and Bhagavad-bhagavats of the ten directions who do not turn the wheel of Dharma to turn the wheel of Dharma. I beseech all the Buddhas and Bhagavad-bhagavats of the ten directions who wish to pass into complete nirvana not to pass into nirvana. Then, bind the flower mudra and say these words: Whatever in this world, or in all the worlds of the ten directions, the various flowers of gods and humans, whether mind-born, water-born, or field-born, all those that exist, like this, for the sake of performing the act of offering to all the Tathagatas without remainder or omission, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, together with the five families, and all the deities of mudras, mantras, and vidyas, I offer to the head. Om Sarva Tathagata Dhupe Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum.
