will attain the supreme state, thus spoke the Blessed One, the Tathagata. This is what is taught: Recite: Oṃ citta prativedhaṃ kāromi (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ चित्त प्रतिवेधं कारोमि, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ citta prativedhaṃ kāromi, literal Chinese meaning: Om, mind, realization, I create), and meditate on all dharmas as selfless, abandoning the conceptualizations of grasper and grasped, transforming the mind into one-pointed samadhi. After that, beginning with the visualization of the lunar mandala, recite: Oṃ bodhicitta utpādayāmi (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ बोधिचित्त उत्पादयामि, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ bodhicitta utpādayāmi, literal Chinese meaning: Om, bodhicitta, generate, I); Oṃ tiṣṭha vajra (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ तिष्ठ वज्र, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ tiṣṭha vajra, literal Chinese meaning: Om, abide, vajra); Oṃ vajra ātmako'haṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र आत्माकोऽहं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ vajra ātmako'haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om, vajra, self-nature, I am); Oṃ yathā sarva tathāgata tiṣṭha haṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ यथा सर्व तथागत तिष्ठ हं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ yathā sarva tathāgata tiṣṭha haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om, as, all, tathagata, abide, hum). Recite these four heart mantras, and with certainty about these four meanings, from the wisdom of such samadhi, be certain that you have become a Buddha. After that, practice all the ultimate rituals of the four-armed one, seal the action mudra of the Tathagata, and contemplate giving the Tathagata and so on to all sentient beings. By meditating on the great mudra and so on in this way, one will attain the state of the Tathagata. Sentient beings have no beginning or end. The "beginning" is the first birth, and the "end" is death and cessation. Because these are absent, it is without beginning or end. What is this referring to? It refers to "sentient beings," which is the meaning of Vajrasattva. If for something there is no beginning or end, how can it arise and cease? Therefore, it is said to "arise from space." For example, just as one says that because a certain wall has collapsed, the sky has arisen, saying to demolish the wall is like saying that demolishing the wall creates the sky. Similarly, demolishing the untrue, completely conceptualized perceptions, like demolishing a wall, through the wisdom of the selflessness of phenomena, arises in the form of a person, therefore one should be certain that sentient beings are Vajrasattva. Samantabhadra is the bodhicitta being who constantly abides in all realms of space, the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas are the same as the vajra, this is Samantabhadra. As it is said: "The bodhisattva without beginning is Vajrasattva, great joy." "All self-nature" refers to the three realms.

In short, the nature of sentient beings that is universally applied to everything is the nature of the whole, that is, the form and Dharma nature of Vajrasattva of the three realms. Desire refers to what is desired, hence it is called desire, which is Vajrasattva with the characteristic of great Bodhi. The wisdom of hearing, thinking, and meditating by yogis who strive to attain Bodhi is the principle explained. The so-called "Lord of all beings" refers to all sentient beings and the world of containers, which are divided by the hundred lineages such as the Vajra family. Sentient beings and the world of containers are also born from each of the Vajra family and so on. Having explained the nature of the great Vajradhara in this way, now, in order to obtain this nature, the means to purify one's own mind is to explain the wisdom of action. Such as "What is the mind of all sentient beings?" and so on. What is the nature of such characteristics as mentioned above? It is said, "What is the mind of all sentient beings?", which means that in order to explain the nature of Alaya consciousness and so on, it is called Bodhisattva. Through the practice of Dharma without self, the distinction between the taker and the taken is eliminated, so it does not move for sentient and non-sentient beings, and the thoughts of the taker and the taken. The so-called "abiding in Vajra equality" refers to abiding in the Samadhi of one-pointedness. Through this one-pointed yoga, the union with Vajra equality is Suchness, which means completely the same as Suchness. This is to say that the nature of sentient beings, which appears in the relative truth, is Suchness, and being one taste with it is the nature of one-pointedness, so being equal to Vajra is the same as Suchness. Thus, Suchness is the nature of all things, whether the Tathagata appears in the world or not, it is neither born nor dies, and is eternally unchanging. If any Dharma has no birth, it will never cease.
