Attainment of accomplishment through the nature of pervasiveness. That is to say, as before, follow all the rituals and receive permission to practice. Bind the great mudra of your own deity's mantra, etc., repeat the wisdom of the mantra, and practice it. In the manner of accomplishing all purposes, that is, in the places of the mandala of the mantra of accomplishing all purposes. After the mandala is well drawn, from accomplishing all purposes, etc., the mandala for the practice of raining down jewels should be drawn. Desire is the family of jewels. The accomplishment contemplated therein is the accomplishment of the mantra of the family of jewels. The supreme accomplishment is the accomplishment of practicing the mantra. The unsurpassed secret offering of that itself is supreme, it is accomplished in the nature of the mantra of the family of jewels. This is what is taught: having practiced the yoga of one's own deity as taught in the great mandala of accomplishing all purposes, follow all the rituals, and later, bind the great mudra of one's own deity as taught in the mantra mandala, and the samaya, dharma, and karma mudras, and repeat the wisdom of one's own mantra, and as before, because of obtaining the signs, generate clairvoyance as it is seen, and with the rituals taught in the mantra mandala of accomplishing all purposes, the yogi of accomplishing all purposes meditates on the three samadhis taught in the mantra mandala, and draws the mantra mandala as it is. In the center of the mandala, according to the principle of the great mudra mantra taught in the great mandala of the Bhagavan accomplishing all purposes, one should recite and draw the wisdom of one's own mantra. The ritual for drawing all the rest should be taken from the mandala of accomplishing all purposes itself. This is the center of the mandala for practicing the mantra of accomplishing all purposes itself, the Bhagavan Ratnadrishti is drawn with the wisdom of one's own mantra, and in the place of accomplishing all purposes, its mudra. In the place of Ratnadrishti, the mudra of accomplishing all purposes should be drawn. In the mandala of Ratnadrishti, following the previous one, to the ultimate end of raining down jewels.

The types of mandalas of the Ratna-kula should be known. Having drawn the mandala in this way, enter with the entering ritual spoken of in the Ratna-kula dhāraṇī mandala, and say this: Accomplishment of all desires, the best of passionate desires, auspicious accomplishment, great being, Bhagavan, accomplisher of all. Then, as before, follow all your own rituals, and receive permission to practice the dhāraṇī. Bind your own great mudrā of the dhāraṇī, the samaya, dharma, and karma mudrās, and recite the vidyā of the dhāraṇī. Then, if one has entered into all, etc., these are the benefits spoken of. As it is said, at the time of exhortation, the yogi who has received permission and is the nature of accomplishment is the meaning of the nature of the great mudrā, etc., spoken of in the dhāraṇī mandala. How should it be practiced? Meditate again and again, and the great mudrā, etc., will always be accomplished by the yogi himself. When should one exhort? When it is not quickly accomplished, when the yogi has not obtained the sign, or when he has not quickly obtained accomplishment by meditating on the sign with clairvoyance, then draw the mandala of practice, and as it is said, truly perform it in the manner of true exhortation. Thus, having explained the tantra of secret accomplishment, which is the complete practice of the wheel of the mandala of the family of all Tathāgatas.

The tantra of the doer was spoken and explained by the Bhagavan Vajrapani. The so-called "Tathagata Goddess" refers to the Tathagata Vairochana Buddha, etc., who are the great goddesses, namely Vajrasattva Mother, Vajraratna Mother, Vajradharma Mother, and Karma Vajra Mother. What is the difference between them? It is said to be "lovely," which refers to the nature of unadulterated bliss and joy, constantly giving bliss. What is explained here is "giving all bliss," which refers to the bliss of all Tathagatas, that is, extremely giving joy. The so-called "assembly born from bliss, with truth," refers to which of the Tathagata Goddesses? It refers to the one who is "lovely and gives all bliss," and the dharma realm that follows the words born from truth just mentioned. Truth is non-inverted and non-false, so what is born from it follows it, which is a synonym for truthful words. Truth is non-deceptive. The so-called Tathagata Great Goddess is lovely and gives all bliss, which refers to the three kinds of truth and the accomplishment of all Dharani Goddesses. Why urge? It is said that "even if accomplished, it cannot be achieved," meaning that if the practitioner does not urge that Suchness, it will not be achieved, so one should urge and accomplish with the three kinds of truth mentioned above, and know that one should accomplish those Dharanis mentioned above. This is how it is taught: the yogi who is the practitioner of the Tathagata Dharani, draws the mandala of practice, and when he wants to accomplish the Dharani but has not achieved it, he should urge that Suchness to urge it as it is, and he must accomplish it. The so-called "after binding the great mudra," refers to all the mudras such as the Vajrasattva's Tathagata family Dharani, etc., mentioned in the Dharani mandala, which refers to the great mudra, that is, binding those mudras. The so-called "upper and lower order as it is," refers to the yoga of Vajrasattva mentioned in the great mandala of the Vajra realm.
