The great seal, vows, dharma, and karma mudras, etc., show that Buddhas and Bodhisattvas attain siddhis. Now, to explain the siddhis of vows, it is to show the meaning of the practice of meditating on the great seal, etc. Then, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, such as Vajrapani, etc. The word "then" indicates that it is stated immediately. The word "again" means repetition, referring to relying on the practice of meditating on the great seal, etc. All Tathagatas are as described before. There are five Tathagatas. The Tathagata family, the Vajra family, the Padma family, and the Ratna family. All Tathagatas are also like that, and the family is also like that, so it is the family of all Tathagatas. Its vow is the vow of the family of all Tathagatas, that is: whoever enters samadhi with desire, then combines with desire. This is called the vow with the meaning of non-transgression, and this siddhi arises from the great seal, etc. In the tantra that explains it, it is also said like that. The word "that" is to distinguish specifically. For the time being, all the Tathagatas have spoken the tantra of the siddhi of vows, and this word refers to what will be explained later remaining in the mind. The "who" in it refers to the Tathagata yogi entering into the desire to meditate on Vajrasattva, etc. Being single-minded in the form of Vajrasattva, etc., is: combining desire with it. It is said like that. The yogi who enters into desire is Vajrasattva, etc., not wrathful deities such as Vajrahumkara, etc., nor Tathagatas, nor those who subdue beings, etc. How is it known? The word desire refers to Vajrasattva, etc., because there is: the desire for dharma is satisfying, and lust is called a vow. Therefore, the Tathagata family is indicated by the word lust. Thus, the Buddha great seal is, referring to the Buddha's great seal, the great seal.

These are the four mudras, such as the wave. Wisdom is determined there. Its samaya is the meaning of not transgressing from becoming the cause of arising. Explanation is teaching. Its meaning is to teach in this way: by the previously described method, bind the mudra of the Tathagata, and in your heart, mentally determine Vajrasattva, etc. For the sentient beings who are happy to practice them, generate bodhicitta and purify them, thinking that what you have done is yourself, you should visualize yourself as the form of Vairochana, etc. The word "then" is the word of the moment. The Tathagata family is the family born from the Tathagata, which starts from Vajrasattva and ends with Vajra Descent. Explaining the tantra of the accomplishment of its samaya is teaching. The desires are said to be those who should desire from Vajrasattva, etc. to the end of Vajra Descent. Desire is, as it is said in the scriptures, the Bhagavan himself is the hero, and he is inseparable from attachment to them, tending to appear, and extremely greedy. The yogi should practice being extremely attached to them, this is its meaning. This vow is very profound and vast, it is said that because everything is abandoned, it is vast. From which family? It is said to be the Tathagata family. What will it become? It is said to be pure, that is, abandoning attachment, etc. Therefore, in this, the Buddhas also do not transcend. It is said that because it becomes the nature of the Tathagata, all the Tathagatas do not practice and transcend. This is how it is taught: the yogis of the Vajrasattva and other families should bind their mudras by the previously described method, and practice with the practice of being extremely attached to their own deity. The word "then" is the same as before. From Vajra Hum onwards, to the end of the wrathful Vajra Descent, here is the Vajra family. Its samaya is the yoga of being willing to visualize the self-nature of one's own deity
