ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་བར་མི་མཛད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་བར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་བསྐུལ་བར་བགྱིའོ། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདའ་བར་བཞེད་པ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་མི་འདའ་བར་གསོལ་བར་འཚལ་ལོ། །དེ་ནས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བརྗོད་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། གཙོ་བོ་བདག་ལ་སྡོམ་པ་སྩོལ། །ཐུབ་པ་ཉི་མ་མ་ལུས་པ། །སངས་རྒྱས་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་ནི། །སློབ་དཔོན་དབང་དུ་གནས་པ་ལ། སངས་རྒྱས་རོལ་མོ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི། །མི་ལྡོག་འཁོར་ལོའི་འབྱོར་པར་ལྡན། །ཐར་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་མཆོག །གསང་བ་ཆེན་པོར་འཇུག་པར་བགྱི། །གསང་བ་རིགས་མཐོ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ། །སློབ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་བདག་འཇུག་མཛོད། །མི་ལྡོག་པ་ཡི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ། །སྐལ་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བདག་ལ་སྩོལ། །མཚན་རྣམས་ཀུན་གྱིས་རྒྱས་བཏབ་ཅིང༌། །དཔེ་བྱད་རྣམས་དང་ཡང་དག་ལྡན། །སངས་རྒྱས་སྐུ་ནི་ཡིད་འོང་བ། །སློབ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་བདག་ལ་སྩོལ། །དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ནི་རྨད་པོ་ཆེ། །སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་གྱི་དོན་བགྱིད་ཅིང༌། །བདག་ནི་རྟག་ཏུ་སློབ་དཔོན་འགྱུར། །སློབ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་བདག་ལ་སྩོལ། །དེ་ནས་སློབ་དཔོན་གྱིས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ལྷ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་གསོལ་བ་གདབ་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། ཆེ་གེ་ཞེས་བྱ་འདི་ཉིད་ནི། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་ཡོངས་འཛིན་ཅིང༌། ། དམ་ཚིག་སྡོམ་དང་གསང་བ་ཡི། །འཁོར་ལོ་འདིར་ཡང་འཇུག་པར་འཚལ། །དེ་ནས་སློབ་དཔོན་གྱིས་ཀྱང་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བརྗོད་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། གསང་བ་ཆེན་པོ་རིགས་དག་པའི། །གསང་བ་ཡོངས་སུ་འཛིན་པར་ནི། །བདག་ཉིད་ཆེན་པོ་ཁྱོད་འདོད་དམ། །དེས་ཀྱང་འཚལ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །སངས་རྒྱ་ཆོས་དང་དགེ་འདུན་ཏེ། །དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་སོང༌། །འདི་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་དག་པ་ཡི། །དམ་ཚིག་བརྟན་པར་གྱུར་པའོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཡང༌། །བློ་ཆེན་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་གཟུང་བར་གྱིས། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་གང་དེ་རྡོ་རྗེ། །ཤེས་རབ་དྲིལ་བུ་ཞེས་བཤད་དོ། །སློབ་དཔོན་དག་ཀྱང་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །འདི་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་རིགས་དག་པའི། །སྡོམ་པ་དམ་ཚིག་ཡིན་པར་གསུངས། །རིན་ཆེན་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ལ། །ཉིན་དང་མཚན་མོ་ལན་གསུམ་དུ། །ཟང་ཟིང་མི་འཇིགས་ཆོས་དང་བྱམས། །སྦྱིན་པ་རྣམ་བཞི་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱིན།། ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བའི་ཐེག་པ་གསུམ། །དམ་ཆོས་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་གཟུང་བར་བྱ། །འདི་ནི་པདྨའི་རིགས་དག་པའི། །དམ་ཚིག་སྡོམ་པ་ཡིན་པར་གསུངས། །ལས་ཀྱི་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ལ

对于一切不转法轮者，为了转法轮而劝请。对于十方诸佛世尊想要完全入灭者，祈请不要入灭。然后应如是说：主尊请赐予我戒律。一切能仁日，请诸佛垂念我。我名为某某。对于安住于上师之权位者，具有由佛陀嬉戏所生的不退转轮之财富。进入大解脱之殊胜城市。进入大秘密之中。于一切秘密高贵之族姓中，伟大的上师请您让我进入。请赐予我不退转之灌顶。请赐予我大福分。以一切名号印持，且与一切相好完全具足。上师请赐予我，令人心生欢喜之佛身。灌顶是稀有的，成办一切有情之利益，我恒常成为上师。伟大的上师请赐予我。然后上师应当向坛城的一切本尊祈请说：名为某某的此人，完全受持菩提心。请允许他也进入誓言律仪和秘密之轮中。然后上师也应当如是说：您这位伟大的自性，想要完全受持清净之大秘密吗？他也应当说：想要。皈依佛法僧三宝。这是清净佛陀的坚定誓言。金刚铃杵手印，您这位大慧者请受持。菩提心即是金刚，智慧即是铃。也应当受持诸上师。这是清净佛陀族姓的律仪誓言。对于伟大的珍宝殊胜族姓，日夜三次，应布施财物、无畏、佛法和慈爱四种布施。您应当受持外内秘密三乘的妙法。这是清净莲花族姓的誓言律仪。对于伟大的事业殊胜族姓

For all those who do not turn the wheel of Dharma, I urge them to turn the wheel of Dharma. To all the Buddhas, Bhagavat, of the ten directions who wish to pass into complete Nirvana, I pray that they do not pass into Nirvana. Then one should say: O Lord, grant me vows. All the Sages, the sun, may all the Buddhas consider me. My name is so-and-so. To the one who dwells in the power of the Guru, endowed with the wealth of the irreversible wheel born from the play of the Buddhas. I shall enter the supreme city of great liberation. In all the secret and noble lineages, great Guru, please let me enter. Grant me the irreversible empowerment. Grant me great fortune. Sealed with all the names, and perfectly endowed with all the marks and signs. Guru, please grant me the Buddha body that delights the mind. Empowerment is wonderful, accomplishing the benefit of all sentient beings, and I will always become a Guru. Great Guru, please grant me. Then the Guru should pray to all the deities of the mandala, saying: This person named so-and-so, completely upholds the mind of enlightenment. Please allow him to enter this wheel of vows, precepts, and secrets as well. Then the Guru should also say: Do you, great being, desire to fully uphold the great secret of the pure lineage? He should also say: I desire. I take refuge in the Three Jewels: Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. This is the firm vow of the pure Buddha. Vajra, bell, and mudra, you, great intelligent one, please hold. The mind of enlightenment is the Vajra, wisdom is said to be the bell. One should also hold the Gurus. This is said to be the discipline and vow of the pure Buddha lineage. To the great and supreme jewel lineage, three times day and night, one should give the four kinds of giving: wealth, fearlessness, Dharma, and love.
