彼。以宝冠与幡幢之灌顶，灌顶自身后，以五种供养如实供养。观想一切坛城如现量，作礼并献供养，以花等如实供养。持金刚宝与珍宝铃，于面具之衣上遍诵宝生夜叉与门守护，系上面具，手持花朵，由金刚阿阇黎作四拜。其后作忏悔罪业等，受持律仪。菩提心乃无上，胜妙我今发。作如是等。其后以外面所置之瓶水灌顶自身，结金刚宝大印，以进入之仪轨进入。其后饮金刚水并加持自身，以左手忿怒拳，右手之金刚宝大印上，以左手忿怒拳之指，再三拨开，念诵阿阿（ཨ་ཨ，梵文देवनागरी：अ，梵文罗马转写：a，字面意思：阿）百遍。其后如是弃舍花鬘，系于自身顶上，解开面具，观看坛城后，收摄加持。由金刚阿阇黎以灌顶之仪轨作灌顶，以一切供养如实供养，随行开眼等一切仪轨，以二偈颂领受随许，彼即自持金刚宝，摇动法之珍宝铃，其后加持为大誓印，念诵成办一切义之心要，受持成就之金刚宝行，受持薄伽梵金刚藏，四印之智慧学处，赞叹，授记亦受持。又加持于我，手印，宝冠，金刚宝，主人与名之灌顶亦自身作，并如实供养自身，修习后，我乃成办一切义者作如是等，随用任何自身之名。

Then, with the empowerment of the crown and the victory banner, empower yourself, and then make offerings with the five kinds of offerings. Visualize all the mandalas as if they were directly perceived, prostrate and offer the offerings, and make offerings with flowers and so on. Hold the vajra jewel and the precious bell, and completely recite the yakshas and gatekeepers of the jewel on the cloth of the mask. Tie the mask, hold the flower in your hand, and the vajra master will make four prostrations. Then, do confession of sins and so on, and take the vows. The bodhicitta is unsurpassed, the noble one, I will generate it. Do as such. Then, empower yourself with the water of the vase placed outside, bind the mudra of the great vajra jewel vow, and enter with the ritual of entering. Then, drink the vajra water and bless yourself, with the left wrathful fist on the mudra of the great vajra jewel vow of the right hand, with the finger of the left wrathful fist, repeatedly tear it open, and recite A A (ཨ་ཨ，梵文देवनागरी：अ，梵文罗马转写：a，字面意思：阿) a hundred times. Then, as it is, discard the flower garland, tie it on your own head, untie the mask, look at the mandala, and gather the blessings. The master will empower you with the ritual of empowerment, and make offerings with all the offerings. Follow all the rituals such as opening the eyes, receive the permission with two verses, then hold the vajra jewel yourself, ring the precious bell of the Dharma, then bless it as the great samaya mudra, recite the essence of accomplishing all purposes, take the conduct of the siddhi vajra jewel, take the Bhagavan Vajradhara, the wisdom training of the four mudras, praise, and also take the prophecy. Also, empower me, the mudra, the crown, the vajra jewel, the empowerment of the master and the name, also do it yourself, and offer yourself perfectly. After meditating, I am the one who accomplishes all purposes, do as such, use any name of yourself.

Beginning with the recitation, holding the Vajra Jewel and the Precious Bell, bind the Great Mudra of Vairochana. In the position of Vairochana, recite "Om Buddha Ratna Hum Ah (藏文：ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ་རཏྣ་ཧཱུཾ་ཨ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ buddha ratna hūṃ ā，汉语字面意思：Om Buddha Jewel Hum Ah)". Contemplate the five-pronged vajra marked with the Vajra Jewel of Vairochana. Then, by reciting "Vajra Aham (藏文：བཛྲ་ཨ་ཧཾ་，梵文天城体：वज्र अहं，梵文罗马拟音：vajra ahaṃ，汉语字面意思：Vajra I)", contemplate the Vajra Pride of the Tathagata. By reciting "Vajra, Yatha Sarva Tathagata Tatha Aham (藏文：ཡ་ཐཱ་སརྦྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ཨ་ཧཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：yāthā sarva tathāgata tathā ahaṃ，汉语字面意思：Vajra, As All Tathagata, Thus I)", contemplate the self-nature of Vairochana. Thus, binding the Great Mudra between the Vajra and the Bell, by reciting "Om Mani Ratna A A Besha (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎིརྟྣ་ཨ་ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇiratna ā ā beśa，汉语字面意思：Om Mani Jewel A A Enter)", in the place where the Jewel descends, contemplate the essence of the Jewel's descent as the Precious Bell. By reciting "Ratna Abisha Ghata Aham (藏文：རཏྣ་ཨ་བི་ཤ་གྷཙྜ་ཨ་ཧཾ་，梵文天城体：रत्न अविश घट अहं，梵文罗马拟音：ratna aviśa ghaṭa ahaṃ，汉语字面意思：Jewel No-Enter Bell I)", contemplate the pride of the Precious Bell. By reciting "Mani Ratna A Besha Ham (藏文：མ་ཎི་རཏྞ་ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཧཾ།，梵文天城体：मणि रत्न आ वेश हं，梵文罗马拟音：maṇi ratna ā veśa haṃ，汉语字面意思：Mani Jewel Enter Ham)", contemplate yourself as the Great Bodhisattva, the form of the Jewel Rain. In this way, accomplish all mandalas with the Vajra. Then, opening the door of the mandala with the Mudra of Opening the Door, gather together and praise with the one hundred and eight names. At all the doors, perform the actions with the mudras such as the Precious Hook, and as before, dispel the obstacles with the Vajra Yaksha. Also, create a boundary and a net. Seal the doors with the Samaya Mudra of the Jewel Fist, and protect all protections with the Jewel's protection, perfectly protected. Then, with this essence of accomplishing all purposes, offer the mandala's deities offerings and ablutions. As before, also offer the ablution with the Mudra of Washing the Face. Then, bind the Samaya Mudra of Vairochana and recite "Om Buddha Ratna Drishya Jah Hum Vam Hoh (藏文：ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ་རཏྣ་དྲྀ་ཤྱ་ཛཿ་ཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ buddha ratna dṛ́śya jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：Om Buddha Jewel See Jah Hum Vam Hoh)!
