Because the nature of non-duality of Dharma is not understood, one dwells in the mandala of other deities, abandoning the mandala of all Tathagatas. The mandala of worldly deities such as the great gods is the mandala of other deities. One enters those mandalas of other deities, but because of fear and dread of the precepts, one does not enter the mandala of all Tathagata families. How is that? It is like mentioning "all hopes," etc. All hopes are all forms of craving, and complete fulfillment is the accomplishment of the desired objects. That which is completely gathered together is the mandala of all Tathagata families. Not only that, but it also causes the arising of unsurpassed joy, satisfaction, and delight. Because there is nothing higher than that, it is unsurpassed. Because one attains the first bhumi, etc., what arises in the first moment is called joy. The joy that arises in the second moment is satisfaction. What arises in the third moment, etc., is delight, which is a synonym for mental pleasure. Those are both unsurpassed and are joy, satisfaction, and delight, so they are unsurpassed joy, satisfaction, and delight. The arising of those is production. Because it produces those, it is what causes the arising of unsurpassed joy, satisfaction, and delight. Having become the mandala of all Tathagata families in that way, there, it refers to all the Tathagatas, which are the Tathagatas of the five families. Family is the nature of Vajrasattva, etc. Since it is both all Tathagatas and family, it is the family of all Tathagatas. Because it is the mandala of those, it is the mandala of all Tathagata families, and one does not enter there. Why does one not enter there? Because of fear and dread of the precepts, so it is said. Precepts are the five bases of precepts, and the vows of shramaneras and bhikshunis, etc. Fear because of that is hatred.

, unable to fully protect, leading to the yogi's fear. Those who have become like that, also those who face and abide in the path of the evil realms' mandala, are allowed to enter this great Vajradhatu mandala. Among them, hell, hungry ghosts, and animals are the evil realms. Their mandala is the place of birth. Entering now is birth. That path is the path of the ten non-virtuous actions. There, abiding in the path of the ten non-virtuous actions is facing and abiding. Those like that are also allowed to enter the great Vajradhatu mandala. Among them, in the mandala of other deities' lineages, it is taught to rely on the ten non-virtuous actions as a ritual, but here it is not shown anywhere. Among them, those actions gradually change, so for that reason, through this ritual of entering, it is also possible to transform. The Blessed One, etc., are those who possess the seven vows of discipline, taught by the noble beings who abide in the Bodhisattva vows, because they practice the Dharma, they are possessors of Dharma, meaning the ten perfections, the ten Bodhisattva grounds, and the conduct of the Buddha ground. The discipline of all Tathagatas is the discipline of vows, the discipline of gathering virtuous Dharmas, and the discipline of benefiting sentient beings. The Samadhi of all Tathagatas is the nine successive absorptions of gradual abiding. The Prajnaparamita of all Tathagatas. The discipline, Samadhi, and wisdom of all Tathagatas themselves are the means of supreme accomplishment, the distinction of the means of practicing perfect enlightenment. With such means, one can attain Buddhahood after three countless eons, therefore, those who seek the Bodhi of the Buddhas and desire to manifest, meditation, liberation, etc., and the afflictions of the efforts of the grounds are also the nature of Dharma, among which, meditation is the first Dhyana, the second Dhyana, the third Dhyana, and the fourth Dhyana. Liberation is form

Observing forms with (impure) characteristics, this is the first liberation. Without the thought of form internally, but observing external forms, this is the second liberation. Particularly delighting in the ugly aspect, this is the third liberation. The samadhi of the four formless absorptions and the samadhi of cessation, these are the eight liberations. The word 'etcetera' includes supernormal knowledges, etc. The ground refers to the ten Bodhisattva grounds, such as the Joyful Ground. Through striving and effort with these, one becomes afflicted. Because of possessing pure morality, etc., and having been free from all obscurations from the beginning, it is therefore completely pure morality. Merely through entering into these, wisdom will descend. After that, with the descent of wisdom, one will attain the grounds such as the Joyful Ground. Therefore, even accomplishing all Tathagatas is difficult to find, what need is there to mention other accomplishments? This is what is being said. These, such as monks and nuns, will attain accomplishment very quickly merely by hearing the vows, while others will transform after taking vows of reversion later on, this is what is being shown. Therefore, in order to guide the four kinds of beings, after praying to all the Tathagatas, the teacher again prostrates to all the Tathagatas and says: 'I, named so-and-so, the Vajra Master greatly delighted, in order to benefit all beings, will guide these disciples.' Through this, one should obtain permission. Now, beginning with 'From then on,' etc., the ritual for guiding disciples is explained. First, 'Only at the beginning' means only at the beginning. The word 'temporarily' takes into account the order. The so-called four prostrations to all the Tathagatas, all the Tathagatas refers to Vairochana and Vajrasattva, etc., equal to the number of dust motes in the world, guiding them to prostrate to these. The so-called 'That is like this' is the meaning of close indication. The so-called 'With the whole body,' etc., facing the eastern door, forming the vajra mudra, extending the arms,
