From the explicit recitation of the principle of music spoken in the mandala of the Dhāraṇī of Complete Victory, one should offer with "Vajra Spharaṇa Khaṃ." The offerings of dancers and music, etc., should also be offered by explicitly reciting Oṃ and Hūṃ. Bracelets, earrings, head ornaments, crowns, etc., should also be offered with silk hangings of vajra jewels. Adorned and decorated with garlands of flowers, adorned with nets and half-nets, and with pleasant stables adorned with half-moons, along with bells, etc., and horses, elephants, and herds of cows that have been carefully selected, one should also explicitly recite the syllables Hūṃ and Oṃ, as well as "Vajra Svaraṇa Khaṃ," and offer them to all the Tathāgatas. Then, one should properly offer with the eight offerings and the sixteen offerings spoken of in the Mandala of Action, and having pleased the deities of the mandala with the four secret offerings such as coquettish women, the teacher should then pray to all the Tathāgatas, "Please act for the benefit of sentient beings in order to accomplish all siddhis!" Then, one should give the torma to the retinue outside, as spoken in other tantras. Then, through the ritual of fire offering, one should perform one hundred and eight peaceful fire offerings with the mantra of glorious Vajrasattva, and also offer seven burnt offerings with the essence of glorious Vairocana, etc. After that, until the mandala is seen directly, or until a sign such as sound or form is obtained, one should perform recitation and meditation. The Vajra Master should act in this way in all mandalas. This means that in all mandalas such as the Form Mandala spoken of in the Fourth Chapter, the teacher who is symbolized by the vajra, possessing the nature of the yoga of all beings, is the Vajra Master, but this is only the meaning of symbolism. The teachers of jewel lotuses, etc., should also act in this way, this is the oath. "Then" means after that. A disciple blessed by Vajrasattva is a Vajra disciple.
