The completion of the prayer that all may be fulfilled is the supreme accomplishment. Therefore, those called liberated, those freed from the bonds of afflictions and cognitive obscurations, enter samsara in the manner of non-abiding nirvana, which is to bind. "Behind all the Tathagatas" means that the Bhagavan has meaningfully accomplished. Starting with "Then," etc., the Bhagavan gave the Vajra binding to both of his hands, which should be connected in this way. The nature of the conventional Vajra fist of all the Tathagatas is the Vajra binding. That itself is the samaya. That itself is Vajra because it is indestructible. The samadhi focused on that is called the Samaya Vajra of the binding of all the Tathagatas. To enter into that samadhi means to focus one's mind in the manner of giving the Vajra binding mudra. In the samaya of the mudra binding of all the Tathagatas, the mudra of all the Tathagatas is the mudra of body, speech, and mind arising from all the families. That binding is to be made one in the manner of selflessness, and it is said to be the Vajra fist itself. Its samaya is the cause, which is the mudra of the Vajra binding. Among the contemplation of all the Tathagatas and the deities, all the Tathagatas are non-dual in mind and mental factors. The deities of those are the secret mudras of body, speech, and mind of the Tathagatas and the families of the Tathagatas. The contemplation of that is to contemplate with the samadhi of one hundred and eight kinds of miracles, and having contemplated, all sentient beings experience all happiness and mental happiness, until the omniscient wisdom of all the Tathagatas and the supreme accomplishment of the mudra, for the sake of those fruits. The omniscient wisdom of all the Tathagatas is the wisdom of the selflessness of phenomena. That itself is the mudra, and being empowered over that is to become the master. That itself is the supreme accomplishment, that

If that itself is the fruit, for those are the causes, it is the concluding words of the meaning of the great Bodhisattva's accomplishment. The word 'in between' includes generating the mind of enlightenment and so on. The words 'given into his hand' mean empowered by the empowerment of the five Buddha crowns and banners. The words 'Vajra Fist, Vajra Fist' mean that it is called Vajra Fist because it closely symbolizes the fist of suchness. The words 'by that Vajra Binding' mean the Vajra Binding of selflessness, the Dharma held in one's own hand. By this, this Vairocana and others bind all the Tathagatas, which means to abide in non-abiding Nirvana and to remain in Samsara as long as it exists for the sake of sentient beings. 'This is that' means that what the Bhagavan Vairocana gave to me is the binding of the mudra of all Buddhas. How is it? The words 'great and firm' mean that it is indivisible because of the very nature of the Dharmadhatu being non-dual. Why is the mudra binding great and firm? Because all Buddhas are quickly accomplished. This means that the repeater of the Tathagata and others, after binding the mudra of Vajra Descent, binds the mudra of the samaya of the Vajra Fist with the words 'Vajra-musti' (藏文,梵文天城体,vajra-muṣṭi,梵文罗马拟音,Diamond Fist), and recites 'Vajra-sandhi' (藏文,梵文天城体,vajra-sandhi,梵文罗马拟音). Then, when they bind the mudra, it will be quickly accomplished. Then, with the words 'Vajra-avesha' (藏文,梵文天城体,vajra-āveśa,梵文罗马拟音), bind the samaya mudra of Vajra Descent, and with the syllable 'Ah' (藏文,梵文天城体,āḥ,梵文罗马拟音) bring it down upon oneself. Then, with the words 'Vajra-musti' (藏文,梵文天城体,vajra-muṣṭi,梵文罗马拟音), bind the samaya mudra of the Vajra Fist. Then, the binding of all mudras will be accomplished. If you do not do so, then with the words 'Maya-stam' (藏文,梵文天城体,māyā-staṃ,梵文罗马拟音), bind all the mudras, such as the Great Mudra, as it is said. The words 'the samaya is very difficult to transgress' mean that it is a samaya because it is not to be transgressed, and for this reason it is very difficult to transgress. That is to say, because all the Buddhas are quickly accomplished, this is a samaya that is not to be transgressed.

Yes, therefore, my vajra fist binding posture is great and firm. From "Then" etc., the vows are declared, that is, the nature of the vast activity of the offering ritual of all Tathagatas is vajra activity. Great diligence is the joy of unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. That is the firm armor; armor is vajra protection. The great skillful means of all Tathagatas is Vajra Yaksha. The wisdom of binding all the mudras of all Tathagatas is the vajra fist. The so-called hero of the great activity of all Tathagatas is the heroes born from the activity of the great diligence nature of all Tathagatas. Moreover, the Blessed One's activity of the perfection of diligence is the complete accomplishment of meaning. The activity of the nature of diligence also becomes four types, namely, initiation, complete purification, individual discernment, and diligent practice. Among them, the diligence of initiation is the initial entry, that is, the diligence of initiation that is happy to accomplish the meaning of beings through the emanation of the Buddha is vajra activity. In order to make that manifestly increase from above upwards, the diligence of complete purification with unwavering effort is vajra protection. The perfection of diligence with the three wheels completely purified, habituating all non-attachment, the diligence of individual discernment is Vajra Yaksha. Making that which is without self-nature manifest, the diligence of diligent practice is the vajra fist. Thus, the one who is accomplished by the vajra fist realizing the suchness of all Tathagatas is the mind of enlightenment, as well as the nature of generosity, wisdom, and the perfection of diligence, etc., which are the collection of Vajrasattva, etc. In order to show that each one from Vairochana etc. up to the ultimate of Vajra Subduer has also transformed, therefore, it is said from "Then" etc., it is said from "Then" etc.
