Raro. The Dharma-nature of all Tathagatas is called the non-elaboration of all Dharmas. All that is, such as that, has been done. Up to the point of generating the Vajra Speech Samadhi for the beings to be tamed. The Samadhi of Vajrasattva, which is the very non-verbal nature, that which is without words is non-verbal. It is both beautiful and non-verbal, therefore it is extremely non-verbal, because its essence is non-verbal. Moreover, all the Buddhas are made one, in order to make the Bodhisattva Mahasattva extremely well practice the form of Vajra Speech, this is the concluding word. Emaho, the self-born ones, etc., means the Buddhas. The secret is because one should have compassion for sentient beings who are not vessels for it. Therefore, it is said, "In euphemistic speech, I shall contemplate." What is said in the intentional speech for the sake of the upright meaning is euphemistic speech. "I" means saying that it is the self-nature. "Contemplate" means to say. What is rare? It is said, "For what reason?" etc. For what reason? Because the holy Dharma is explained and shown in the manner of mandalas, etc., as being inexpressible by words. "Free from the elaboration of words." This is how it is proclaimed. In the ultimate sense, there is no arising of teaching the Dharma, but since the Dharma is taught in the conventional sense, the beings to be tamed think that the Dharma is taught in the ultimate sense, this is rare. The back of all the Tathagatas means the Bhagavan Amitabha. In "after that" etc., it means that the Bhagavan gave that Vajra recitation into his hand. The speech of all the Tathagatas is the mudra of the tongue, focusing on that is the Samadhi called Speech Vajra, entering into that Samadhi is the concluding word, meaning focusing single-mindedly in the form of giving the tongue. The wisdom of the speech of all the Tathagatas means that it is certain that all Dharmas are without elaboration in the manner of Vajra Speech. Its Samaya is the cause. The realm of sentient beings is without remainder and without omission.

The accomplishment of those words is the attainment of four distinct and correct knowledges. The essence of the secret speech of all Tathagatas is the secret speech of all Tathagatas, which is the essence of Vajra speech. The term "Thus" refers to the empowerment through the power of the five Buddhas' precious head ornaments and banners. The term "Vajra word" refers to whether all dharmas are free from elaboration. The Vajra word is approximated by "abandoning sound," and thus it is called Vajra word. The term "by that Vajra recitation" refers to the manner of the tongue mudra held in one's hand. The term "correctly speaking to all Tathagatas" refers to all Tathagatas, such as Vairochana, residing in the ten directions, and to diligently reciting and especially speaking the Vajra word, which has the nature of correct speech. This is the special speech, which refers to abiding in the mind. The term "this is all the Buddhas" refers to speaking of what is held in one's hand. If asked what that is, the answer is: it is the spoken Vajra recitation. Thus it is spoken, and speaking without elaboration is what is called Vajra recitation. The term "all the Tathagatas, this mantra quickly accomplishes" refers to the very speaking of dharma that is free from elaboration of words that abandon sound. All the Tathagatas, the mantras spoken from the Vajradhatu section, are what quickly accomplish. The verses beginning with "the wisdom of Vajra nature" summarize the teaching. Vajra nature is the non-dual samadhi. Its wisdom is abiding in Vajra dharma. The wisdom of all Tathagatas is wisdom, the sharp Vajra. The great wheel of dharma is the mandala, and the wisdom of turning it is the Vajra cause. The speech elaboration of all Tathagatas is the conceptualization of language. The wisdom of that conceptualization is Vajra speech. The bodhisattva born from the great wisdom of all Tathagatas is the great wisdom bodhisattva, which is Prajnaparamita.

It is the vow that comes from deliverance. That is, the King of Prajñāpāramitā, the Sage (Shakyamuni) Lord Amitābha. This is what is said. These should also be established as four opposite shapes, for the sake of establishing deliverance, liberation, relief, and nirvana. Again, from the ocean of returning samadhi, deliverance is achieved through the manner of the Vajra Dharma's true samadhi, which means to fully understand as it is with an equanimous mind. The sharp vajra liberates from afflictions and near afflictions. The vajra lineage relieves beings through the manner of miracles and various transformations. The vajra speech establishes beings in nirvana by understanding the dharma that is free from elaboration from the words of discrimination. Thus, the vajra speech places all the Tathagatas in the dharma free from elaboration, and without offering, it cannot be accomplished. Therefore, all the Tathagatas of vajra activity are offered with complete offerings, which is said from "then" onwards. Then, the Bhagavan extracted this essence from his own heart, and it should be connected in this way. The Buddha's emanation of all the Tathagatas, and the manner of benefiting all sentient beings without exception, possessing various and different activities, is called the all-encompassing activity of all the Tathagatas. Since it is the all-encompassing activity and also a great Bodhisattva, it is the all-encompassing activity of the great Bodhisattva. As it is said, the vajra of the mind is its vow. What arises from that is the light of all activities, and so on. From the manner of the vajra of the mind, in order to bless the activity, abiding in the samadhi that is indestructible like a vajra, that which is called by that name is the aspect of generating the light of activity, and so on, until one is single-mindedly focused. The vow of the activity of all the Tathagatas is the cause, it is the cause of arising from the vajra.
