The Samadhi of the Noble Mind is called the Utterly Gentle Splendor. Emaho, of all the Buddhas, Manjushri, I am to be known. Thus it is said, Emaho means wonderful! I am of all the Buddhas themselves, not following the voices of other children. 'Manjushri is to be known' means that it should be known and proclaimed as a gentle and pleasing sound, which is explained from the ultimate conclusion of the Buddhas. What is so wonderful? Because although the nature of knowledge is formless, it is perceived as sound itself. Thus it was said, I am the essence of non-dual Prajnaparamita, but it is most wonderful that those to be tamed see me as the form of Bodhisattva Manjushri. 'Having abided in the center of the moon on the right side of all the Tathagatas' means on the right side of Bhagavan Amitabha. Furthermore, 'receiving the command' means relying on the Vajra Dharma, in order to generate one's own liberation in the minds of those to be tamed, one becomes a recipient of the command. Then, and so on, Bhagavan gave the Vajra sword to both of his hands. The sword of wisdom and knowledge of all the Tathagatas is the mudra. The wisdom that is indivisible like a diamond, focused on that, and the knowledge Vajra are called Vajra. To be absorbed in that is the meaning of giving the sword, focusing the mind in one-pointedness. What is its nature? 'The vow to cut off the afflictions of all the Tathagatas' was said, all the Tathagatas who cut off afflictions are Bhagavan Arya Manjushri. The vow is the illusion of generating it. Why? The realm of sentient beings, etc., cutting off all the suffering of all the realms of sentient beings is to abandon all suffering, for the sake of experiencing all happiness and mental happiness by cutting off suffering. The speech of all the Tathagatas is Bhagavan Arya Manjushri. Following and going into it,

The wisdom that follows speech is the meaning of what is called the nature of realizing Manjushri. To be completely perfected by this is to be completely accomplished, and that itself is the supreme accomplishment. The word "intermediate" is for the sake of perfecting other qualities as well. The word "for those" is for the sake of obtaining Manjushri. The word "likewise" is the empowerment by the power of the five Buddhas' precious headdresses and silk pendants. The name "Vajra Intelligence" is because this possesses non-dual intelligence, therefore it is the intelligence of Vajra. Because of that, this is the nature of definitive discriminating wisdom, therefore it is the supreme wisdom that follows speech. The nature of the wisdom that follows speech should be known as Vajra Speech, held in hand in the manner of abiding in the perfection of non-dual wisdom. That the sword strikes all the Tathagatas is to show that it is definitely joined to the Samadhi that makes manifest. This is all the Buddhas. The word "this" is spoken of what is held in one's hand. What is this? It is said to be the way of the Perfection of Wisdom, by the nature of the sword, through the order of hearing, thinking, and meditating, one obtains abiding in the Perfection of Wisdom, and by that cause, it is said that the sword is the Perfection of Wisdom. By what cause alone is this the form of the sword in the manner of the Perfection of Wisdom, therefore it cuts. Who does it cut? It is said to cut all enemies, that is, desire and so forth, and external objects. By the very nature of definitely eliminating sins such as desire, it is the way of the Perfection of Wisdom, therefore, this is called the supreme destroyer of all sins. Thus, with the sharp Vajra, having cut off the afflictions and near afflictions of all the Tathagatas, the afflictions and near afflictions, and the stainless mind, by the power of the force of previous attraction, by the power of clairvoyance and so forth, the manner of the mandala, with the Vajra continuum, one enters the mandala.

In order to indicate where to do it, therefore, it is said "thereafter" etc. Thereafter, it should be connected with "The Blessed One took this essence from his own heart." Immediately after generating Bodhicitta, the Dharma wheel, that is, the mandala, revolves with great power, and possesses the power of manifestation, therefore, the Dharma wheel is turned immediately after generating Bodhicitta. Since he is also a great Bodhisattva, and also turns the Dharma wheel immediately after generating Bodhicitta, therefore, the great Bodhisattva turns the Dharma wheel immediately after generating Bodhicitta. The Vajra body of the Bodhisattva as described above is Samantabhadra. This Samaya is the manner of the great mandala and so on. The rest is the same as before, that is, the mandala and so on, focusing single-mindedly in the form of manifestation. The so-called "Samaya of the Wheel of all Tathagatas," the Wheel of all Tathagatas is the manner of the mandala and the Vajra cause. Its Samaya is the cause of generation. The so-called "The Blessed One Vajradhara is that itself," that is, the form of the Bodhisattva Vajra, the Vajradhatu and so on, all the mandalas spoken from the part of the Vajradhatu appear. The so-called "shape of the Vajra wheel" is the shape of a wheel with eight spokes with a single Vajra tip. Thereafter, it should be connected with "The Blessed One abides in the heart and specifically speaks this verse." The Dharma wheel of all Tathagatas is the cause of the Blessed One Vajra. Turning it is generating it in the continuum of sentient beings. The so-called "that itself" and so on, that is, all the Tathagatas turn the Dharma wheel immediately after generating Bodhicitta and so on, after performing all the illusions and miracles of all the Buddhas, all the Tathagatas become one, transforming into the body of the Bodhisattva, the great Bodhisattva turns the wheel of Dharma immediately after generating Bodhicitta. The reason is, it is said "merely generating Bodhicitta immediately turns the Dharma wheel extremely," merely generating Bodhicitta then
