Whatever the form of the master is, it has been given into my hand. Because it is so, I, Vajra, am called Vajra Place. Thus, the Bhagavan, for the sake of those beings to be tamed by Vajrasattva, to firmly establish the mind of enlightenment, manifested samadhi in order to urge Vajrasattva. And for the sake of speaking for this, with the mandala of the moon, and the wisdom vajra, and the great vajra's rays, to the Thus-gone ones and the benefit of sentient beings, and Samantabhadra, and for the sake of this, speaking, receiving teachings, empowerment, and for the sake of completion, generating with speaking, delighting, gathering, abiding, and meditating steadfastly. Thus, in this way, Vajrasattva establishes the nature to be tamed in the mind of enlightenment of all the Thus-gone ones. Because the Vajra King summons, therefore, it is said from "Then" and so on. The so-called "Then Bhagavan" is Vairochana. And the word "again" means "also". The so-called great Bodhisattva Meat-eating King, because he is both a meat-eater and a king, therefore he is the Meat-eating King. He is the great Bodhisattva, having the characteristics of great enlightenment, on top of the moon mandala, in the form of a five-pronged vajra, abiding in the hearts of all the Thus-gone ones, this is what is said. The meat-eater is meaningful. The Meat-eating King who summons all the Thus-gone ones with the form of the Vajra King, making it beautiful and radiant. His samaya is to truly show all the forms of the vajra hook and so on. Because it arises from that, therefore "because it arises from that" and so on is the same as before. This is what is being shown, generating the manifestation of the forms of the vajra hook and so on, focusing one's mind on this. The so-called samaya of summoning all the Thus-gone ones, summoning all the Thus-gone ones such as Vairochana, is summoning. That is the samaya, the cause. The name is said like that.

The essence of all Tathagatas, extracted from his own heart by himself, is called Vajra Raja. The heart of all Tathagatas means the heart of the five Tathagatas. What appears immediately after being extracted is the form of sound. The Bhagavan Vajrapani himself is the one who appeared earlier in the form of a moon mandala, etc. He becomes like a vajra hook and abides in (the Bhagavan's) two hands. This is what is to be connected. The great hook of all Tathagatas, transformed into the form of immeasurable hooks and accomplished, arises from the hearts of the five Tathagatas. Abiding in the heart of the Bhagavan Vairochana, it merges into one in the manner described earlier, transforms into the shape of a great vajra hook of vajra nature, and appears. Extracted from the heart of the Bhagavan Vairochana, it abides in his two hands. From then on, etc., after inviting all the Tathagatas, etc., they abide in the heart, and this special statement is connected to "especially spoken." Thereafter, from that great hook shape, that is, from the place abiding in Vairochana's hand, the bodies of the Tathagatas equal to the extremely fine dust of all realms appear, namely the bodies of Vairochana, Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, and Amoghasiddhi. What did they do? It is said, "Inviting all the Tathagatas, etc.," which shows that inviting all the Tathagatas is the main work of this (activity), and all the miracles and transformations of all the Buddhas, that is, inviting all the Tathagatas, etc., are all the miracles and transformations of all the Buddhas. The word "etc." includes generating the mind of enlightenment, etc., and after doing these. The samadhi of Vajrasattva is an extremely unseizable king, that is, extremely unseizable and meaningful.
