The so-called "is" refers to showing that one and only truth with a single intention. The so-called "practice" means to put it into practice. If you ask "How to practice?", (the text) says "Observe your own mind carefully" and so on. One's own mind is one's own mind, and to observe it carefully, because it is separate from the continuum, all dharmas are pure in nature, this is careful observation. To abide for this purpose is "Observe your own mind carefully and abide in it", that is, the mind should be single-pointed. Not only to practice through abiding, Moreover, the so-called "self-nature" means that it is established in essence, that is, self-nature is established. Recite the mantra of self-nature established at will, there is no limit to the number. Because in order to attain enlightenment, the most important thing is to meditate. If you ask, what is the mantra to be recited at will? That is "Om Citta Pratibedham Karo Mi" (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཙིཏྟ་པྲ་ཏི་བེ་དྷཾ་ཀ་རོ་མི་,梵文天城體:,梵文羅馬擬音:oṃ citta pratibedhaṃ karo mi,漢語字面意思:嗡,心,對治,做,我). The so-called "mind" is to determine that the nature of consciousness and so on has no grasper and grasped. The so-called "Citta Pratibedham" is careful observation. Or it is to understand by completely abandoning habits and afflictions. In this way, through the recitation and meditation as described above, after directly realizing the Dharmadhatu without beginning or end, I see in my heart, like a mandala of the moon, this is the certain wisdom in my heart. The self-nature to be grasped is produced from the sixteen letters of the essence of the moon, showing the sixteen emptinesses such as the inner, I see the image of the wisdom moon mandala produced from the footprints of the transcendent, because the moon mandala appears slightly in the eyes, so the sutras say to meditate like the moon mandala, so do not doubt. Some say that the moon like the first day of the month is the mandala. Others say that it is not right, because, this full moon, pure, bright, without impurities, similarly, the full

. The mind is like a full moon. It is said so. This speaks of the nature of the Bodhi mind as the unborn nature. Self-nature means essence. Being bright means being without stains, meaning being free from the habitual stains of the grasper and the grasped, not being stained by adventitious stains. This, how to practice, means to practice with the body of the Tathagata and so on, with what and what. Thus, turning means turning extremely bright with that and that. How is it? For example, it is said and so on. Like a white cloth free from all stains, when dyed with color, the color becomes extremely bright in the color of lotus color and so on, and turns into that color, which is a similar word to that. Therefore, and so on, the self-luminous nature means that the essence itself is free from the distinction between the grasper and the grasped. What is that? It is the mind. Knowing it means manifesting it. To increase it means to generate a second moon on top of the moon circle of the nature of the Paramita of means, which is to increase it, and for that reason, one should enter into generating the mind of enlightenment. Thus, it means that generating the second moon circle from the letter Ka and so on, which shows the nature of Vairochana and so on, is generating the mind of enlightenment. It is said in the sutra that one should contemplate generating the second moon circle from the shape of the letter Ka and so on, which is like a star. Seeing something like a moon circle means seeing it as the moon circle itself. This is to show that whatever wisdom is separate from the mind, if it appears separately like a moon circle, then by meditating on generating the mind of enlightenment on it, it is seen as the shape of the second great moon circle. Also, the second moon circle is seen in the center of the moon. It is said so. This is the nature of generosity Paramita.
