Having abandoned the stain of stinginess in the manner of the arising of one's own precious jewel, the meaning of that great empowerment is that the jewel is the Bhagavan Vajra Ratna. All the Tathagatas are the very nature just spoken of. Its wisdom, in the manner of dispelling all darkness, transforms into a mandala of sunlight, which is the solar mandala, the mandala of light, of all the Tathagatas. That is called Vajra Teja. That very unobstructed wisdom is all the Tathagatas. Their intention is to realize the Dharma. The power of that intention and the attainment of qualities such as fearlessness are blazing and beautiful, hence the king of intention. The glory adorned by the jewel that arises from that is called Vajra Ketu, for whoever possesses the victory banner. Because the aspect of joy of attaining all the dharmas arises, the Tathagata and so forth are spoken of. Great laughter is the smile that arises from joy, and that is great laughter. Since it is both all the Tathagatas and great laughter, it is the great laughter of all the Tathagatas, called Vajra Hasa. The nature of the mind of the Perfection of Wisdom and the aspect of immeasurable light arising from the mind are all the Tathagatas. What is the great pure Dharma of all the Tathagatas? It is the great pure Dharma of all the Tathagatas, called Vajra Dharma. Whose wisdom is the great wisdom of all the Tathagatas? That is the wisdom of the great wisdom of all the Tathagatas, called Vajra Tiksna. What is the great mandala called the wheel of all the Tathagatas? That is the wheel of all the Tathagatas, called Vajra Hetu. What is the eloquent teaching of the meaning led by the intention of all the Tathagatas? It is the explanation of the intention of all the Tathagatas, called Vajra Bhasa. The nature of accomplishing what is meaningful, the complete purity of the three spheres, the Perfection of Diligence.

In the manner of..., the mind and so on are all the Tathagatas. Those obstacles do not consume and are all, doing the things of various sentient beings, and the thoughts that have the characteristics of offering to the Buddhas, whatever it is, that is the thoughts of all the Tathagatas that do not consume obstacles and are all, called Vajra Karma (བཛྲ་ཀརྨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रकर्म, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrakarma, Chinese literal meaning: Diamond Action). To be happy to protect the mind that enters into the Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment is the great effort of all the Tathagatas. That which has an extremely strong armor is the extremely strong armor of the great effort of all the Tathagatas, called Vajra Raksha (བཛྲ་རཀྵ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्ररक्ष, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrarakṣa, Chinese literal meaning: Diamond Protection). All the Tathagatas are what was just said. The protection of those is that which is completely protected by separately knowing all dharmas as naturally luminous, which is indivisible like a vajra, that is Yaksha, called Vajra Yaksha (བཛྲ་ཡཀྵ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रयश, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrayaśa, Chinese literal meaning: Diamond Yaksha). The body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas are as previously stated, that which is indivisible is the vajra. That binding is to make one by unborn union. That is the mudra, that which has that wisdom is the wisdom of the vajra binding of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, called Vajra Mushti Sanskrit Romanization: vajramuṣṭi, Chinese literal meaning: Diamond Fist). With this, from the perspective of the meaning of the essence of Vajrasattva (བཛྲས་ཏྭ་) and so on, it shows what is the way of the essence of Vajrasattva and so on. Furthermore, showing the difference of the body in the manner of Vajrasattva and so on is saying Samantabhadra and so on. Because it is all good and auspicious from this, it is Samantabhadra, or because it is good in all aspects, it is Samantabhadra. "Because with courage, dust, and darkness, for the benefit of sentient beings, therefore this is Samantabhadra, is the follower of the Bodhisattva's conduct." It is said like this. All the Tathagatas completely invite from all aspects, because it does not consume obstacles and is meaningful, it is completely not consuming obstacles. For those who are to be tamed who think of themselves as Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, by practicing the Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment, they cut off and kill.
