He spoke of actions and so on. The arising of the supreme Bodhicitta of all Tathagatas is the generation of the mind in the unexcelled, perfectly complete enlightenment. To please the family of all Tathagatas is meditation. The practice of Samantabhadra is to truly show all forms, doing the work of benefiting sentient beings. To accomplish it is to complete it. Having completely perfected the accumulation of merit and wisdom, in order to go to the Bodhi Tree in Akanishta and the human realm, approaching that precious essence, is approaching the Bodhi Tree. The four Maras are all the Maras. To subdue them is to defeat and be invincible. The equality of all Tathagatas is the unexcelled, perfectly complete enlightenment. Its Abhisambodhi is the direct realization. The great mandala of all Tathagatas is the mandala of the families of all Tathagatas, such as the Vajradhatu, which is to generate them. Having completely overcome all three realms, all the wheels of samsara of the three realms, such as the Great自在天, are destroyed and completely victorious. Turning the excellent Dharma wheel is entering the excellent Dharma wheel of the mandala spoken of in the section on subduing beings. To do the benefit of all sentient beings is to manifest as the family that accomplishes all meanings, fulfilling all wishes. Showing that very self and so on, the manifestations of the Buddhas, and all the miraculous powers and transformations, the Blessed One Vajrapani dwells there. After the Blessed One Vajrapani dwells in this way, the goddess of the ocean of offering clouds, the joyful and blissful mother, and so on, should also be added to this praise as a special praise. How is it universal? If asked, it is said to hold one's own mudra with both hands, and so on. Holding one's own mudra, such as the vajra, with both hands is holding one's own mudra with both hands. All Tathagatas

It is from Vairochana and others up to the Vajra Descent. "As the ritual" means the mudras, mantras, and dance offerings, as well as external flowers and palaces, etc., to make true offerings. "As the form of the great Vajradhatu mandala" means that with its shape, the goddesses holding the forms of Vajrasattva and others, residing on the lunar disc, make this special declaration for the sake of special declaration. "Emaho" means very rare. Because it is also an offering to all Buddhas, it is a Buddha offering, the form of great offerings, etc. "I" means to show as myself. "All offerings" means the nature of great offerings, etc., that is, doing those. "If you think so, this is the offering of the Buddha Bhagavan, what is so rare? Because the Buddha himself especially, is accomplished by all Buddhas." Thus it is said that the nature of the Buddha is the Buddha himself. Therefore it becomes great, so it is great, the body, speech, and mind Vajra itself, constantly abiding in all space realms. Having offered with such a great self being inseparable from me, all Buddhas are accomplished, and the yogis also bestow upon the sentient beings to be tamed. This is what is being declared: Whoever is all the Tathagatas, that is me, and I am all the Tathagatas, if the yogis to be tamed see this difference, that is too rare. Then the word refers to the immediate past, it is the subsequent word of the transformation of the goddesses. The offerings of all the Tathagatas are the offerings of great offerings, etc. Those and others refer to, from the extensive activities of Samantabhadra's conduct and others, that is called as such. The offerings of all the Tathagatas transformed into goddesses and other extensive activity rituals, that is the extensive activity ritual of offerings. Because it is the activity of the Vajras, it is the activity of the Vajra, it is the completion of the great offering, etc.
