The phrase "having done everything" means that even those who possess morality, conduct, wrong livelihood, etc., will be accomplished by the steadfastness of Vajrasattva. The mudras of all the Tathagatas, such as obtaining the samadhi of body, speech, and mind like a vajra, are the steadfastness of Vajrasattva. From this, whatever one desires in this life. That which is called supreme accomplishment, such as the accomplishment of great wealth, subjugation, bringing down, expelling, summoning, binding, bewildering, driving mad, etc., is explained as the meaning of "all accomplishments." That which is called supreme accomplishment is the accomplishment of the Tathagatas, Vajrasattva, Vajraratna, Vajradharma, Vajrakarma, and Vidyadharas, which is the supreme accomplishment. That which is called the accomplishment of the Vajra is the accomplishment of the four kinds of miraculous powers. That which is called the accomplishment of Vajrasattva is the accomplishment of the sixteen Bodhisattvas, which is called the accomplishment of Vajrasattva. That which is called the accomplishment of the Tathagata is the accomplishment of the five Tathagatas. The word "in between" indicates the accomplishments from the accomplishment of seductive women, etc., to the accomplishment of descending the Vajra, and shows that such accomplishments can be obtained by them. Then, that which is called "all mudras" refers to the samayas, dharmas, karmas, and mahamudras of the Tathagatas and all families. The extensive ritual for the meaning of their liberation is the general extensive ritual for the liberation of mudras. Those who are bound by the bonds of samaya are liberated from the bonds of samaya, which is liberation. Among them, that which is called "initially" is before the time of requesting to descend, after the mudras have been liberated, which is the word of requesting the deities to descend. That which is called "from where" is repeated. This shows that whatever mudra arises from the direction of the heart should be liberated there, up to whatever arises from the crown of the head should be liberated from there. Among them, the determination of the place of Vajrasattva, etc., has already been stated.
