It is the activity. That which indicates it, the hand gesture that resembles it, is the mudra. That which is called 'explaining the binding' means to begin the characteristics of the binding. That which is called 'vajra fist' is the vajra fist of the vow. That which is called 'having bound the vow' means to press tightly. 'By equipoise' means with the mind focused on one's own deity. That which is called 'to make two' means to do separately. 'Having bound two vajra mudras' means having made two vajra fist mudras, they are two vajra mudras, that is, they become two vajra fist mudras. 'Then explain the binding thoroughly' means to separate and thoroughly explain the characteristics of the binding of the activity mudras. In 'the left vajra' and so on, the finger of the left vajra fist located at the heart is the left vajra finger, that should be held. With what should it be held? It is said 'with the right hand', with the right vajra fist. In what kind of state should it be held? 'Erect', that is, it is a synonym for 'remaining looking upwards'. In 'this supreme mudra of enlightenment', enlightenment is unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. That itself is supreme, that is, whatever is supreme, it illuminates with that, therefore, that mudra is supreme enlightenment, that indicating it is the activity mudra of the Bhagavan Vairochana. 'Immovable touching the earth' means the left vajra fist is placed in the manner of holding the end of the Dharma robe, and all the fingers of the right vajra fist are extended, making the gesture of touching the earth, that is touching the earth. 'Likewise, Ratnasambhava supreme giving' means 'likewise' means in that very manner, just as the immovable fist, the left hand holds the Dharma robe, Ratnasambhava also does that. That of Ratnasambhava is also supreme giving, the right vajra fist is turned upwards, all the fingers are extended, making the gesture of supreme giving. 'Immeasurable' means immeasurable life. 'Supreme samadhi' means the supreme of samadhi. The mudra that indicates it.

It is the supreme samadhi. All the fingers of the two vajra fists are extended, and they are placed with the tips of the thumbs touching each other, as if holding a begging bowl. The so-called "non-devouring ghost" is established in meaning, and its karma mudra is the giving of fearlessness. It is said thus: the left vajra fist is made to hold the monastic robe, and all the fingers of the right hand are extended, making the gesture of giving fearlessness. The vajra actions are actions that do not violate the vows. Doing them is accomplishing. The so-called "raising with majesty" has been said before. The so-called "with both" is with the two vajra fists of the left and right. The left vajra fist faces inward and is placed on the waist, and the right fist is raised, placed in the posture of looking up at the heart. This is the karma mudra of Vajrasattva. Like holding an iron hook and staying, it means that the right vajra fist is placed in front, and in front of it, the left vajra fist is like holding an iron hook, which is the karma mudra of the Vajra family. Like the posture of shooting an arrow, it means that the left vajra fist is erected and placed in the heart, and the right hand is placed face down on it, and then the right vajra fist is made to draw the bow and arrow, pulling it to the ear, opening it and shooting it. This is the karma mudra of Vajra Love. Good, placed in the heart, means that the two vajra fists are placed in the heart, and the middle finger and thumb are used to snap the fingers to make a sound, which is good. Empowerment is two vajras, which means that the two vajra fists are placed between the eyebrows, which is empowerment is two vajras. This is the karma mudra of the Ratna family. Stabilizing the sun in the heart means that the two vajra fists are rotated from right to left in the heart, which is the karma mudra of Vajra Glory. On the left, the elbow is struck, which means that the right vajra fist strikes the left vajra fist with the elbow, which is the karma mudra of Vajra Auspiciousness. Similarly, facing and rotating means that the two vajra fists are charming in a joyful manner.
