It is called the mudra of turning the wheel of Dharma. By binding this, all mandalas belonging to the Tantra of Yogic conduct will be perfected, hence it is called a practitioner. Seeing this mudra is equivalent to seeing all mandalas, because the vows and mantras of all families are incorporated into this mudra and have been blessed, so merely seeing the mudra is equivalent to entering the mandala. The method of reciting mantras at the time of binding the mudra is explained. Thus, place it in the center. As mentioned above, bind the mudra in this way, place the mouth between the two fists and recite. Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), is the Dharma mudra, meaning the door of all. Next, the mudra of binding the treasury of space is to stretch and raise the little finger and ring finger from the previously mentioned jewel mudra. The mudra of the noble Maitreya, the great Bodhisattva, is the armor mudra, which is the same as mentioned above, raising the fingers from the vajra fist and tying them at the navel and heart, etc. Next, the general mudra of all concepts appears, which means that the mudras of body, speech, etc., of all the concepts explained at the beginning and end of this tantra appear. Those that do not mention mantras should be performed with their respective heart mantras or mantras that accomplish all actions. Those that mention mantras should be combined with that mantra and also combined with all the actions of all families. Among them, the body mudras shown are as follows: standing or sitting, etc. Those who are in accordance with the yoga of Vajrapani, all standing or sitting of the body also become mudras, which is a general explanation. The particularly explained body mudra is like standing, holding the vajra fist with the left hand, etc. The left hand holds the fist and stretches, the right hand makes a vajra fist, and the bent index finger is used to hook and draw from the side of the left fist in the manner of drawing a bow. With this, one can hook all sentient beings, both noble and non-noble. Embracing one's own heart with both arms is armor, that is, crossing and embracing the arms that are bound in vajra fists.

Binding is armor, meaning that all enemies cannot be destroyed, cannot be stopped, and cannot be broken. Then there is the binding of the mudra of speech, in which "Ah" is the essence of subduing. "Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Protection)" is protection. "Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Transfer)" is complete transfer. Then there is the arising of the mudra of viewing, in which the vajra view is the view of staring immediately. The so-called "immediately" also refers to the view of suddenly making a sound, and also refers to being quick and sharp. The burning view is to look at anything, then bend and smile. The wrathful view is to gather a wrathful expression between the eyebrows and look with wrath. The steadfast view is to look at what is being looked at with a normal gaze. Then there is the explanation of the function of these four views, that is, the function of these. Then there is the declaration of the essence, that is, the vajra eye. Among them, the essence of the vajra view is: Vajra Drishti Mata (藏文:བཛྲ་ཌྲྀཥྚི་མ་ཊ་), that is, the vajra view, placing the seed syllable of the sun in the right eye, making it burn, and placing the seed syllable of the moon "Ṭa (藏文:ཊ)" in the left eye, making it burn. The essence of the burning view is: Drishti Aṃ Gusha Jaḥ Hūṃ (藏文:ཌྲྀཥྚི་ཨཾ་གུ་ཤ་ཛཿ་ཧྰཾ), that is, the burning view, hooking and binding with a hook and rope. Jaḥ (藏文:ཛཿ,梵文天城体:जः,梵文罗马拟音:jaḥ,汉语字面意思:Entering) is entering, and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Manifestation) is manifestation. The essence of viewing with wrath is: Krota Drishti Phat (藏文:ཀྲོ་ཏ་ཌྲྀཥྚི་ཕཊ་), which means to manifest everything with a wrathful view. The essence of the steadfast view is: Dṛḍha Tiṣṭha Hūṃ (藏文:ཌྲྀཌྷ་ཏིཥྛ་ཧུཾ་), which means to protect all the teachings. Each arises the mudra, that is, practicing the yoga of each deity, reciting the essence of the mantra in the mind, and applying it to the activity of the teeth. Biting the teeth means making a cracking sound, and chewing means doing everything. Explaining the mudra of the lips, twisting from the right means hooking, that is, twisting from the right means twisting by pressing the lower lip against the left teeth, etc. Pressing the lower lip against the teeth means clenching the teeth. Closing the lips means closing the mouth tightly. Among them, when twisting from the right and performing the activity of hooking, one should practice the yoga of the Buddha, that is, remembering the Buddha. Similarly, the rest should also be applied in order. Remembering the vajra means placing the tip of the vajra on the moon mandala in the heart when practicing the yoga of any deity.

Fifth (chapter) to contemplate. Regarding the hand gestures of the eyes, it is said that moving the right eye can control, etc. Vajra passion is to make all beings happy with me. The hand gestures of the eyes, such as the Vajra Eye, have already been mentioned before, so it is necessary to transform into a double sequence with this (Vajra passion). The Vajra Eye, etc., mainly focus on the object with the fruit of the eyes. This is just a slight movement with the four fruits, and does not focus on the object. Reciting the essence of everything and looking up means that whichever deity you rely on, recite the essence of that deity, and then look at the sky, and you will be able to accomplish going there. Looking at the ground and reciting, you will become the lord of the earth. Circling to the right means thinking of offering to the Tathagata, thinking of offering to the Tathagata, circling from the right side of the Tathagata and looking, you will become an offering. Similarly, circling to the left to Vajrapani Bodhisattva, you will become an offering. Reciting the essence of everything a million times will accomplish it, meaning the actions of the hand gestures mentioned earlier, the essence of everything, those previous combinations, first do a million recitations, and then do the actions. Then, the great gods, etc., down to the bottom of the Vidyarajas, below the ground, etc., the general hand gestures, it is said that the hand gestures are born from the worldly Vajra fist, etc. All the hand gestures of those worldly gods are produced from each forming a Vajra fist, and that fist that is formed is relying on the worldly Vajra knot, the Vajra knot is, etc. Each hand forms a fist, the thumb is placed downwards inside, and then the two fists press against each other between the index finger and the little finger, that is, in the middle of the left hand's thumb and little finger, press with the back of the index finger of the right hand's fist, and in the middle of the right hand, also press with the back of the left hand's little finger. Reciting the essence of this hand gesture a million times will accomplish it, meaning forming that worldly hand gesture, and then properly performing the rituals of offering, etc., and then reciting this essence a million times, the hand gesture will be accomplished, merely forming the hand gesture cannot transcend. Then,
