Just as I, Paktro-wo, have done for sentient beings, so should you do as well, thus spoke the Tathagata. With this essence, may all the fainting and injured sentient beings be revived. As mentioned above, at the time of "Ta Ki Hum Dza," many sentient beings were frightened, and the Bhagavan Vairochana said, "Revive them with this essence called 'Om Tum'." This essence is not only for revival, but it also becomes armor. If one wears this, one will obtain the Vajra body. It is also said, "May you obtain the Vajra body." The meaning of Om is as mentioned above. Tum means to revive. Vajra Wheel Mandala, Vajra Wheel is the name of the Mandala, because it is a Mandala decorated with Vajra, therefore it is the Vajra Wheel. The Great Accumulation of Vajra Wheels. The so-called Vajra Wheel, is to say that the Vajra Wheel Mandala stacked in layers is to be explained. Or, the form of the Mandala is like a stacked pavilion, so it is called the Great Accumulation. Possessing sixteen parts. It means that the great lord of the Mandala is located in the center, possessing sixteen parts, that is, the eight deities of the central Mandala, and the four offerings and four gatekeepers of the outer Mandala, these sixteen deities each reside in different positions, so it is said to be sixteen parts. Another explanation is that the central main deity possesses sixteen parts, that is, the eight squares of the inner Mandala belong to the inner category. These eight parts are used to surround the outer Mandala. Half of the number of squares that appear in the inner layer are used to surround the outer layer, so that all four directions are surrounded. The four corners are in the shape of Vajras, and the remaining two squares inside are divided in half and filled in the corners. The Vajra fence is beautiful. It means that the fence of both the inner and outer Mandalas is surrounded by a three-pronged Vajra, painted with blue paint. At the edge of the fence, add eight pillars of two colors each, rising from below, painted ordinarily with blue paint, not made into a Vajra string. The corner gate tower is also like this. It means that the corner gate looks outward, and the top of the gate tower

At the boundary between the divination place and the dismounting place, adorn with precious vajras. The outer surface faces outward, adorned with banners, flowers, strings of mani jewels, bells, and various other ornaments to one's heart's content. Recite and write the essence. It is said here that all the work inside and outside the mandala should be done by reciting and writing the essence of "Ṭakki Hūṃ Ja" (ཊཀྐི་ཧཱུྃ་ཛ་, ṭakki hūṃ ja, Tag He, Hum, Tza). Its inner wheel is also, the inner layer of the mandala is square, with eight pillars, drawn evenly with thread. The mandala is in eight forms, which means that there is a dwelling place for each deity in the four directions and four corners of the inner mandala. At the top of the vajra pillar, it is said that the tops of the pillars converge at the intersection in the center, and a blazing light is placed. In its center is the great Bodhisattva, which means that the great Bodhisattva Vajrapani should reside in the center of the inner layer of the mandala, wearing the five Buddha crowns, smiling, with two hands, the right hand holding the vajra aloft, the left hand holding the bell, and two other hands pulling the bow and arrow, the body is blue, in addition to that, there are four hands, in front of Vajrapani, place the heart essence of the pleasing Wrathful Vajrasattva, the body is red. The two hands form the Vajra Hum Mudra, which means that the two hands form the heart essence mudra of the Hum syllable (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, Hum), with two fingers extended, placed at the heart. On the right side of the vajra, it is said that the color is blue, holding the makara flag, the head of the flag is a makara, from which the mani jewel is burning, placing the great Bodhisattva Vajra Power.
