The words "Sa te," and so forth. Prostration with the whole body means stretching out all limbs and touching the ground. The ritual for pleasing the Tathagata and Vajrapani with reverence and offerings has also been spoken. Then, rising and planting the right knee on the ground, and so forth. By reciting the essence called "Vajra Vrid" (藏文,梵文天城体,Vajra Vrid,金刚增长), which is the word of liberation realizing the wisdom of emptiness, all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will be pleased and honored. By reciting the essence word, "The intention of all Tathagatas will be completely fulfilled," it means that they will be pleased. Then, the practice of Vajra-vidya will arise, and the ritual for practicing the aforementioned "Vajra Vrid" (藏文,梵文天城体,Vajra Vrid,金刚增长) will be explained. Then, even if one practices as a "Gso-sbyin-can," which means a householder, one should perform the ritual of taking the eight precepts for one day and recite. The fist of all Tathagatas is the Vajra-fist mudra, and it should be understood as arising from the place. Then, another ritual is to draw the Bhagavan Vairochana Buddha sitting on a lotus on cloth. Then, again, in front of him, draw Vajrapani residing in a peaceful form. On the right is Vajrapani, with the right hand holding a raised vajra and the left hand holding a lotus. Another ritual is to draw only the image of Vairochana Buddha on cloth and recite it three times a day for six months in front of him. Then, on the last of the three days of fasting, practice without sleeping for one night, reciting until Vajrapani himself is attained. The realization of the Tathagata is complete. Then, the Bhagavan Vajrapani Bodhisattva Mahasattva again said, "Having spoken the essence above to subdue the great gods and others, and again speaking here for the benefit of sentient beings, therefore the word 'again' is mentioned." All Tathagatas are immovable like a Vajra mountain, because the vajra is hard, so no one can move the mountain that has become from it. Similarly, the wisdom of the Tathagata, the vajra focused on emptiness, cannot be moved by others.

Even like the king of mountains, this essence will be generated by uttering it, which means rising from samadhi. To be completely liberated from all fears means to be liberated from the fears of kings, thieves, fire, water, and wild animals. Even by merely uttering it, it means that if one focuses on the essence with means, meaning, and wisdom, without reversing it, and recites it with a calm mind, all five inexpiable sins will be purified. All wishes will be fulfilled, meaning that all wishes for the five desirable qualities will be fulfilled as desired. Accomplishing all needs means that all needs such as pacifying and increasing are accomplished by Vajrapani. Vajrapani will follow like the shadow of the one who recites the mantra, and will also sustain them with offerings. I also hold it, meaning that Vajrapani spoke of the qualities of the essence, and the Bhagavan also understood it, meaning to speak this essence well. The Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas will become displeased, meaning that by the power of this essence, those who have generated the mind of the Lesser Vehicle will revert. The accomplishment of all Tathagatas and the accomplishment of Vajrasattva will also not decline, meaning that the great seal accomplishment of the Tathagatas and Vajrasattva will also be stable and will not decline, and the heart of Vajrapani is surrounded by all-burning light, meaning that in order to completely purify the thoughts of all sentient beings in all realms, the Bhagavan Vajrapani emanates from his own heart a desire-wrathful deity surrounded by blazing light, adorned with a garland of the five Tathagatas on his head, and necklaces and earrings, etc., to show the nature of desire, the four-armed wrathful deity has two hands drawing a bow adorned with flowers, and the other two hands are in the Vajra Humkara mudra, bound at the heart, and thus the Vajra Desire Wrathful deity arises. Purifying desire-wrath, it means that desire is the mind of enlightenment, which is wisdom. Wrath is subduing the untamed, which is skillful means. These two completely purify the thoughts of sentient beings in various ways. Just as I am, so do you, meaning that Vajrapani arises from his own heart as desire.
