Bending two fingers as a method of hooking, bending the fingertips without touching the middle finger, the meaning of this hooking mantra is to gather many special siddhis and to be free from bad omens. Then the Vajra Mandala appears, with the verse: 'One who possesses the Vajra Garland.' This means that in the great mandala, one should paint with colors like a Dharma wheel. The Vajra Mandala is surrounded by a garland of three-pointed vajras, without distinction of size. 'To be examined' means that it should be done in this way. There, oneself or the disciple enters, like the ritual of the great mandala. The activities of the mandala, such as drawing lines, measuring, and coloring, should be performed. The ritual is also the same as before. After entering that mandala, one temporarily shakes the vajra with the right hand and recites the essence of overcoming the three realms mentioned above. Then, the vajra is made of copper, gold, silver, or iron, according to the purpose of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, or subjugating. With both hands making the vajra fist, holding the vajra together, recite the mantra essence such as Om Sumbha (藏文:ཨོཾ་སུམྦྷ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ sumbha,汉语字面意思:嗡 桑巴) until the vajra shakes. This practice also requires performing three kinds of recitations beforehand: recitation with signs refers to obtaining instructions and the appearance of light, etc.; recitation with numbers refers to reciting each syllable a million times, etc.; recitation with time refers to reciting by year, month, or day, whichever it may be, one should recite beforehand, and then enter the practice. If one does not please it beforehand and subdue one's mind, it will not be accomplished. Then, the Samaya Mandala appears, like the great mandala mentioned above, completely drawing everything and establishing the symbols of the hand mudras of each deity. Then, the way the master and disciple enter the mandala is the same. First, make the Vajradhara mudra mentioned above, then throw flowers, release the mudra, hold the vajra in the right hand, and ring the bell with the left hand. Then, let the disciple enter in the same way, and the master gives the disciple the samaya.

Is constant. Such is the name. Because you have entered this mandala, you are always endowed with samaya. Just as the sound of a bell is impermanent, so it is shown that the nature of all compounded things is also impermanent. If you violate that samaya, your body will be burned by the blazing vajra. If you violate it, will it be like that? That is, the Vajradhara, that is me. If you abandon the mind of faith and devotion to the Vajra-holder in this life, the vajra will burn you. Likewise, if you abandon taking refuge in the Three Jewels, abandon the vows and samayas of mantras, and abandon the nature of desiring bodhicitta, the faults will be the same as before. Then, pour fragrant water praised with this mantra of samaya. The meaning of the mantra is that if you break the samaya, you will be harmed. Then, the mandala of karma arises, which means that it should be drawn like a great mandala, or the bodies of the deities should be arranged in accordance with the rules or drawn as pictures. The acharya should enter the mandala first, and then the disciple should be brought in. The acharya should teach the karma as it comes from the tantra. Here, only the results of the karma and the objects to be burned are briefly described, which will appear below in the karma of the fire offering, but the rituals such as inviting the deities, summoning the fire god, dispelling obstacles, purifying the ground of means, and making offerings are necessary as parts of the fire offering, but those that do not appear here should be combined with the common rituals that appear in other tantras. In front of the Bhagavan, make a square hearth, which means that in that hearth, all peaceful and increasing activities can be done, but mainly it is used for peaceful activities. In front of the Bhagavan's eyes, which face east, make that hearth, and the mantra practitioner faces north, and the practitioner binds my mudra with his left hand, which means that he binds the vajra fist, which is the mudra of Vajrapani himself. Then, it is said that all the Tathagatas of the Bhagavan are summoned, which means that all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the mandala are requested to move from their places and come here, and to bless where they have descended.
