Liberated from all. Even in the state of omniscient wisdom, all minds abide in the nature of a single mountain, therefore all is mind. In the state of manifestation, the mind fills the realm of space, therefore it is a mind hero. All sentient beings cannot be divided, therefore it is the Vajra Mind. These are praises from the aspect of mind. The so-called "Non-Vajra also Vajra" means that even what is not Vajra performs the actions of Vajra, that is, the nature of mind is meditated upon as the form of Vajra, hence it is called "Non-Vajra also Vajra." Vajra, that is, the supreme among Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, is the Dharmakaya nature of Vairochana Buddha, therefore it is the Supreme Vajra. This deity possesses the three Vajras, hence it is called the Third Vajra, that is, because it is fully endowed with Body Vajra, Speech Vajra, and Mind Vajra. Even the non-Vajra nature of the mind of ordinary beings can be made into Vajra, hence it is called the Vajra Non-Vajra Protector. Since all of Body, Speech, and Mind possess the nature of Vajra, it is called All Vajras. Since the Vajra of Body, Speech, and Mind pervades all realms of space, it is called the Great Vajra. From Vajra it is also Vajra, hence it is called Vajra Vajra, that is, Vajra can be turned into powder merely by generating the mind. This is praise from the aspect of wisdom. Since it pervades all, it is called All-Pervading. The so-called "Summit of Existence Peak" means it is the summit of existence, therefore it is the summit of existence, that is, any sentient being born in the peak of existence is called the peak of existence. And from these peaks of existence, it is even more supreme, hence it is called the Peak of the Summit of Existence. The so-called "Lord of the Sugatas" means that in the form of the three bodies, the Sugatas reside within. And from among them, the Dharmakaya is particularly supreme, residing within this, hence it is called Lord. This deity overcomes all afflictions, hence it is called Victorious. It is the nature of the three realms, or it can truly show the three aggregates and elements of oneself arising from the mind, hence it is called the Three Realms. It is both king and great, hence it is called Great King. At all times, it manifests in all directions, hence it is called Vairochana. These one hundred and eight names, and so on, are spoken as such.

Hearing, reciting, and meditating on these one hundred and eight names can demonstrate their benefits, and all beings can attain Buddhahood. This indicates that through the five dharmas of the self-nature of the five Tathagatas, one can attain the self-nature of the Buddha-ground. Now, with "Protector, you," etc., after praising the Bhagavan Vairochana with one hundred and eight names, in order to widely propagate the tantras, the meaning of the tantras, and the Vajradhatu mandala, etc., the Bhagavan Vajrapani Bodhisattva prays: The so-called "Protector" is an honorific title. What is being prayed for? "Please turn the excellent wheel of Dharma," this is the prayer. Why pray? "For the benefit of all sentient beings," it is said. What is the necessity? "Also, please generate great compassion," it is said. Speaking these words is not for the sake of gaining fame, profit, and respect, but rather, in order to accomplish the task of benefiting all sentient beings with great compassion, please turn the wheel of Dharma. After praying in this way, the Bhagavatans in the sky heard the words spoken by the Lord of all Tathagatas. The so-called Lord of all Tathagatas is the Bhagavan Vajrasattva. Because Bodhicitta is like dog feces, Bodhicitta is the father of all Tathagatas. Thus, having heard the words spoken by the Lord of all Tathagatas, and having summoned all the Tathagatas, the so-called summoning of all the Tathagatas is the summoning of all the Tathagatas such as Akshobhya, putting them in the ear to listen, and saying: What is being said? "Please, Bhagavan Tathagatas, gather in one place," the so-called "Please facilitate" is the prayer for union. What is being facilitated? Please facilitate gathering in one place, which is the meaning of praying for assembly. After the Bhagavan Vairochana spoke in this way, all the Tathagatas such as Akshobhya also

After gathering together, they spoke this verse. What is that verse? "Constantly in all worlds." and so on. "For the benefit of all sentient beings." and so on. For the benefit of all sentient beings, benefit refers to the virtuous actions that will bring happiness in the future. What should be done there? It is said, "Constantly in all worlds." Constantly means continuously. "In all worlds" means in all realms of the world, that is, the mandalas of dust particles. "How to subdue" means for the sake of the beings to be subdued. "The various wheels of Dharma are well turned" means that various are many kinds, what does it mean to turn the wheel of Dharma in that way? For what reason did the Blessed One Vajrapani pray, and all the Tathagatas, such as Akshobhya, gathered together and discussed, and also showed that meaning in verse. After that, the Blessed One Vairochana heard and received the words of encouragement from all the Tathagatas and Vajrasattva. "All Buddha-fields" means all the world realms where Buddhas do not reside. "All world realms" means all places. "In front of all sentient beings" means in front of the eyes. "In all the mandalas of all dust particles" means between places, villages, cities, fields, temples, and all mandalas of dust particles, one should know that all dust particles are mandalas. To spread universally is to spread widely, that is, the Blessed One Shakyamuni, who resides in the place of the Blessed One Vairochana, has well turned the wheel of Dharma, the wheel of Dharma is turned according to the scriptures. The way of meaning is that the Vajra realm and so on are turned in the way of the mandala. After that, the great Bodhisattva Vajrapani again prayed to the Blessed One Vairochana with a verse.
