I am called the practice of Samadhi. Among them, the so-called "abiding in the heart" means abiding in the mind. Because of abiding in the mind in this way, it is called "essence." It is said like this: Whatever meaning is desired to be manifested, if the mind is exhausted, then the meaning desired to be manifested can be accomplished to the utmost. If the sound that urges it is repeated, it can settle its own meaning in the heart, and the meaning of what is cultivated, no matter in what way the mind is equally settled, if you practice with this help, then what you want in your heart will be greatly accomplished. This wisdom is the wisdom that arises in all activities because of true realization. Now I will explain the cause of the wisdom arising from the mudra, that is, with what the wisdom of the mudra arises, and in which tantra it is explained, that is the tantra of the wisdom arising from the mudra. Just like the supremacy of the king's mudra, the law is difficult to transgress and indivisible. This is to show the mind, because it is difficult, it can be surpassed, so it is difficult to surpass. Likewise, because no one can destroy it, it is indivisible. What is that? It is the supreme law of the king's mudra, that is, the supremacy of the law that prospers the king, which is the meaning of the king's decree, and the king's law is the command, that is, all the things that should and should not be done, the subordinate subjects must not violate. That is, the mudra such as the ring is indivisible. Thus, because it is difficult to surpass and indivisible, the king's decree is called the law. Likewise, the image of the great self, the mark is known as the mudra. The so-called great self refers to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The mark of his image is to use hands etc. as a means of mudra. Even ordinary beings have great faith in the appearance of themselves as the body of the Buddha and Bodhisattva, and generate pride in themselves. If one can try to think of the collection of his virtues, then because of dwelling in such a state, even the gods of the Thirty-three Heavens will fear that mudra.

It is not possible. Whatever words he speaks, that is his statement. Similarly, if one develops the pride of considering oneself as 'I', then according to the true law, one cannot transcend it. Such wisdom is called the wisdom of arising mudra. Now, the tantra of the wisdom of mantra arising is taught by 'not to be transgressed' and so on. 'Not to be transgressed' is to be ascertained. What is difficult to distinguish is what is not to be proclaimed. The very secret is shown to be unknown to all the world. 'Because of speaking for the sake of secret accomplishment,' is like a king consulting with ministers, which is also for the sake of accomplishing what should be kept secret, hence it is called consultation. Similarly, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, in order to take care of sentient beings who are tamed by Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, in the center of the circle of the mandala, with virtues such as morality, samadhi, and wisdom, the speech that is gathered is called mantra. Moreover, it is not to be transgressed by gods and so on, it is difficult for demons to distinguish, and it is not to be accomplished in all circumstances, therefore it is secret. Such wisdom is the wisdom of arising mantra, for what reason? 'Because it is proclaimed for the sake of accomplishing what is needed, therefore it is called mantra.' Now the tantra of the wisdom of arising knowledge is taught. From which wisdom do the bindus and so on arise? That is the wisdom of arising knowledge. In which tantra is it taught? That is the tantra of the wisdom of arising knowledge. 'Ignorance is destroyed,' this is for the sake of abandoning ignorance. 'For the sake of accomplishing the supreme pure knowledge,' this is for the sake of accomplishing the knowledge that has the nature of words. 'Thinking and accomplishing the siddhi of knowledge,' this refers to the siddhi of understanding thinking, and through understanding, ignorance is abandoned. For the sake of accomplishing the needs of sentient beings, whatever is expressed in words, therefore it is called knowledge, thus spoke the Blessed One Vajradhara. Now the tantra of the arising of the wisdom of all thoughts is taught.
