Thus it is said. This speech declares that in that, I in me, or sentient being, or independent, or becoming the master, there is no other, but the body, speech, and mind vajra, which is called the steadfast self-born mind of courage. If such a mind is meditated upon as inseparable from body, speech, and mind, then body, speech, and mind will transform into vajra. The word 'is' means 'indeed'. If that is well meditated upon, it is called 'steadfast mind of courage'. What is it? It is called 'self-born'. Among all sentient beings, it is the best of sentient beings. It also refers to that. That again, if one meditates very well on the vajra of sentient beings, it is called Vajrasattva. Here, the vajra dwells very well. The so-called 'vajra dwells very well here' means that it dwells in the form of a vajra on the mind of the moon mandala in the heart, so it is said to dwell in the mind vajra. That is the wisdom principle of the Buddhas, the incomparable light. The so-called 'that is' is the Vajrasattva's. 'The principle of wisdom' is the manifestation and gathering of the distinctions of wisdom. Whose wisdom principle is it? The incomparable light of the Buddhas, which means that whoever possesses incomparable radiance is the incomparable light. Such a distinction of wisdom of those arises in various forms from the heart, and also transforms into various forms. For example, the realms of gods, earth, wind, and sky, the oceans, rivers, and all directions, transform into various forms. Also, such as wanting to gather, wanting to win, great ability to win, etc., transform into such forms. The number of dust particles in all realms, those are the victors. The so-called 'the number of dust particles in all realms, those are the victors' means that in all world realms, as many as the number of dust particles, they transform into such forms of the Tathagatas. The vajra body is those, truly transforming into Vajrasattva. The so-called 'the vajra body is those, truly transforming into Vajrasattva' means the vajra body equal to the number of dust particles in all world realms, which is the body of the Tathagatas, etc. The word 'is' means 'indeed', those indeed.

Now begins the transformation into Vajrasattva. When is it? It is at the time of the mandala's emanation. The former was taught during the time of one's own deity yoga, so the distinction is there. From the very beginning of the mind, all signs truly arise. This means that at the time of the mandala's emanation, all signs, such as the hook, gradually arise. From the signs also arises the great Bodhisattva. This is a brief explanation: from the signs come the rays of light. From the rays of light comes the body of the Buddha. From that comes the great Bodhisattva. From all of those, from that, all these rituals arise. The meaning is that the ritual is the ritual of practicing mantra. Now, whoever hears this, and so on, shows the benefits of listening to, having faith in, holding, and meditating on this extensive ritual of the wisdom of the arising of the suchness of all Tathagatas. 'Having heard' means showing the listening. 'Having faith' means desiring. 'Holding' means holding by reciting. 'If one meditates with constant joy in one's heart' means by the person who meditates. 'He will quickly obtain accomplishment' means that he will quickly attain Buddhahood, as said by the Bhagavan Vajrasattva. Now, the tantra of the extensive ritual of the wisdom of the arising of all thoughts is taught. By which wisdom all thoughts arise, that is the wisdom of the arising of all thoughts. Its extensive ritual is extremely vast. Where is this tantra taught? It is called the tantra of the extensive ritual of the wisdom of the arising of all thoughts. From that, also, only the first is Buddha, and so on, teaching the tantra of the wisdom of the arising of the thoughts of all Tathagatas. Because the wisdom without thought itself becomes constant, therefore, through the transformation of thought, in all places, free from thought, from the wisdom without thought, transformed into the wisdom of the Buddhas, this is eternally abiding. Because on that wisdom without thought, one will contemplate in various ways, therefore it is called thought.
