Beginning with what is called "Victorious Over the Three Realms," it explains the tantra of the accomplishment of the supreme Dharma of the Vajra family. "In the manner of being victorious over the three realms" is like the activity of Vajra Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). "Having meditated, likewise in front" means that "having meditated" means having become accustomed. "In front" means in front. "Likewise" means like oneself abiding in the samadhi of the activity of Vajra Hūṃ, this explains the second union. If one abides in such two yogas, "having become the power of Vajrapāṇi," means generating the pride of "I am Vajrapāṇi," and determining that all those things are emanations of discrimination, if one abides by the power of the mind, one abides; if one lets go, one goes; if one completely transforms, one completely transforms; if one destroys, it is destroyed; if one generates, it is generated. Having understood thus, one can even overturn Mount Meru with one finger, and raise it, throw it to another place, and make the earth shake, and dry up the ocean, etc. Having become the power of Vajrapāṇi in such a way, one will become victorious over the three realms, as the Blessed One Vajrasattva said. This explains up to the attainment of the accomplishment of the Blessed One Vajra Hūṃ's activity. Now, beginning with "Taming beings," it explains the tantra of the accomplishment of the supreme Dharma of the Padma family. "In the Dharma of taming beings," taming beings is the Blessed One Avalokiteśvara. At that time, it is the samadhi that perfectly shows all forms, therefore it is "in the Dharma of taming beings." Meditating on that means becoming accustomed to that. "In front" means in front. "Likewise" means how oneself abides in samadhi, likewise in front, meditating in the same way as that. "Possessing the supreme of all aspects" means that all aspects are completely perfect. If one asks what that is, it is "taming," which means beings are completely ripened. "That is supreme" means that the yogi who abides in the second samadhi will become supreme.
