That is to say, it means those who have pure minds. Thus, desire is pure, because it is the cause of generating the path of the ten virtues, and also the cause of opening the eightfold noble path for sentient beings. Non-Buddhist yogis are not pure. This means that in order to enter the ocean of Nirvana, they abandon the Buddha's teachings, and whatever methods are taught by other teachers are called non-Buddhists, because they pretend to enter. There, whoever has that nature is a non-Buddhist. Their yoga is called non-Buddhist yoga, which means to keep the mind evenly for the sake of liberation. Whoever has it is a non-Buddhist yogi. Their desire is impure, because they do not have a wish like, "I will liberate all sentient beings from samsara," but only think, "We ourselves should be liberated from bondage," therefore, even if they have a little thought of love, maturity, and liberation for sentient beings, that itself is a bondage. Therefore, it is said that non-Buddhist yogis are not pure. Therefore, if you abandon it and protect it with a vow of pure nature, that is, if you generate the desire to mature and liberate sentient beings, you will attain accomplishment, as said by the Bhagavan Avalokiteshvara. Now, starting with Vajra Jewel, etc., the secret tantra of the accomplishment of the vow of the Jewel family is taught. Vajra Jewel is bound first. Vajra Jewel is the vow mudra of the sprout of Vajra Jewel, which is to be bound first. How to bind it? Therefore, it is said, by the samadhi of Vajra Heart. It means that the Bhagavan Vajra Heart's vow is made into the yoga of one's own deity. Seizing the wealth of the wicked. It means that those who obtain wealth, harm sentient beings, and harm the Dharma, such wicked ones, seizing their wealth is for the purpose of taming them, and not displaying the wealth of magical powers for a short time.

It should be manifested. The samaya siddhi will be granted. Thus it is said. This is the secret samaya of the Jewel Family, therefore, if this is protected, siddhis will be granted. Now, the secret tantra of the Dharma siddhi of all Tathagatas is taught. Whoever has the Dharma that is in accordance with the Dharma family and has the characteristics of discipline, the accomplishment of protecting them is the Dharma siddhi, which is secret because it is not known by others. Since it is the scripture that teaches it, it is the secret tantra of the Dharma siddhi. Among them, first, by saying "All dharmas," etc., the secret tantra of the Dharma siddhi of the Tathagatas is taught. All dharmas are pure in their own nature, and even if one meditates by placing them in perfect equality. This means that in the nature of the great mandala, if one speaks of the action of supreme siddhi, it has already been said that one will attain siddhi. Now here too, All dharmas are pure in their own nature, and even if one meditates by placing them in perfect equality, there is this difference: before it was only spoken, but here it is meditation. In that, All dharmas are pure in their own nature, because the ultimate meaning is emptiness. That is to meditate by placing it in perfect equality, that is, to meditate with one-pointed mind. If all necessities are done, it means taking mantras, first approaching, and doing all the actions mentioned in the samaya of accomplishment. Even if there is no ritual such as bathing when discarding saliva, snot, vomit, urine, etc., it is said that if one meditates that all dharmas are pure in their own nature, one will attain the siddhi of Buddhahood, because this Dharma is necessary at all great times such as the repetition of the Tathagata family. Now, by saying "All sentient beings," etc., the secret tantra of the Dharma siddhi of the Tathagata family is taught. Being attached to all sentient beings means being pleasing to sentient beings. Not becoming weary of objects, objects are forms, etc., and not becoming weary of them means enjoying them as appropriate and as available.
