Explanation of the essence of the Changwa Mudra. "This" refers to the Vajradhara Mudra. "Reciting once" means reciting once at the time of forming the mudra. In "all women are controlled and act," all women refer to all mudras. "Controlled" refers to forming the mudra of vows and reciting the mantra of vows. "Act" refers to applying the mudras to their respective activities. "Will not become non-Dharma" means that if the mudra of vows is not formed and the mantra of vows is not recited, it will not become non-virtuous merit. If the mudra is formed, it will become non-Dharma. Therefore, the mudra will not be accomplished, and the vows will also be violated. "Acting and accomplishing everything as one pleases" means that this does not mean that the discipline of mantra cannot be protected, but rather that one can act and accomplish everything as one pleases in a way that pleases one's own mind. "Then, knowing everything to be pure with the mind" means that if one can attain concentration with unwavering devotion to the Dharma-nature of self-nature purity, then the mind can also accomplish all supreme activities with all mudras and bestow supreme accomplishments. "Who said this?" means that it was said by the Bhagavan Vajradhara, not by Indra or a supreme mantra master. The finger of the Wrathful Vow-Holder is the mudra that overcomes the three realms. "On the crown" means that if placed on the crown of the head, it becomes the mudra of the Bhagavan Vairochana. Placed on the heart, it is the mudra that overcomes the three realms. From the mudra that overcomes the three realms, if two fingers are placed between the eyebrows, it becomes the Ratnasambhava Hum Mudra. If drawn from the mouth, it becomes the Padma Hum Mudra. The Vajra Hum Mudra is placed on the crown of the head, and if the connected little fingers are released, it becomes two, thus becoming the mudra of various Vajras. Left hand
