Since everything is contained within it, it is called "containing." The Vajrasattva, the Dharmakaya, the true nature, is called the Vajra Body because it is the body of the essence of the five wisdoms. This is taught in terms of ultimate truth and in terms of conventional truth. In terms of ultimate truth, it is taught as the Dharmakaya, and in terms of conventional truth, it appears as the form of the Rupakaya. Furthermore, in terms of conventional truth, it appears as the essence of the worldly body. In terms of ultimate truth, it appears as a deity beyond the world. Since all the deities of the world and beyond the world arise from the nature of Vajrasattva, they emerge from it, and when gathered, they are gathered into it. Therefore, it is called "everything is contained." For example, just as all waters gather into the ocean. The term "Chakravartin of the Tathagata family" means that among the four families, each has what is called a Chakravartin. Vajrasattva is called the Chakravartin of the Tathagata family. Its meaning is the Chakravartin who liberates beings who are not liberated, releases those who have not been released, matures those who are not mature, and places those who have not passed beyond sorrow into the state of Nirvana. Or, in one sense, it is unobstructed in offering to the Tathagatas through the family lineage and in benefiting sentient beings, just like a Chakravartin. Some say that it is called a Chakravartin because it is in accordance with the Dharma of a Chakravartin king. In reality, it refers to Vajrasattva, who is worshiped in the manner of a mandala with the same mudra. The method of doing this is also explained in the later tantras, and the characteristics of doing many activities appear. The activities refer to the characteristics of offering to the noble ones and benefiting sentient beings, such as the four types of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating, as well as various different practices, which are accomplished by doing them in that way, just as it is said about cloth and thangkas, etc. The objector says, "Then, since the Yoga Tantras are mainly focused on Samadhi, and the mind abides in the meditation of Samadhi, it is taught that everything can be attained. So, the scriptures and offerings of doing things like this...

Why is it said that 'one should practice the aspects of offering'? The answer is: the necessity of offering lies in this itself. Thus, the act of making offerings, and the decline, are also shown from this itself. As it says, 'Offering to the Three Jewels,' and so on. Similarly, it is also said in other tantras, 'By performing the four kinds of offerings,' which means offering with incense and other four things. Another kind is material offering, secret offering, mental offering, and diligent offering. It is said that by abiding in oneself as the yoga of the deity, one can obtain great merit. Now, for the sake of those who delight in vastness, it is said that the method of offering with the ritual of the great mandala should be explained. The so-called 'suitable place for Buddhas and Bodhisattvas' is a place that is pleasing and agreeable. What is that? It is said that 'the Vajra Jewel Pinnacle Pavilion should be blessed.' This is the abode of the king of the desire realm gods. 'Vajra Jewel' refers to the name of a precious gem, the Vajra Jewel. Because it is adorned with the top of a pavilion, it is called the Vajra Jewel Pinnacle. 'Stacked' refers to multiple layers of buildings stacked one upon another. Or, because it is covered with various kinds of jewels such as emeralds, various kinds of pearls, and various raised decorations and other ornaments of the gods, it is called that way. Thus, it is blessed. But is it only to be aimed at that alone? Shouldn't other things be aimed at? What can be accomplished by merely showing these? The answer is: because the sutra says, 'Wherever secret mantras are taught, one should have faith in that place.' Because in the 'Compendium of All Truths Tantra,' the great mandala of the Vajra Realm and so on are explained, and all the secret mantra tantras take the immeasurable palace on the summit of Mount Meru as a symbol, therefore, if one only thinks of that place, then any practitioner who desires will quickly achieve it. In general, this is to explain the statements that the early teachers explained in detail from the secret mantra tantras.
