It is indeed so. As it is said in the tantras, it is called the Samadhi of Vajra Dharma because the category of Dharma performs the action of Samadhi, hence it is called the Samadhi of Vajra Dharma. Some say that holding the five-pronged wisdom vajra, that itself is Vajra Dharma, so it is the Samadhi of Vajra Dharma. Others say that Vajra Dharma is Avalokiteśvara, who is selfless towards all dharmas, and whose essence is naturally pure, becoming a completely pure essence due to its emptiness, hence it is called its Samadhi. The phrase "the blessing yoga of the Bodhisattva" refers to the mandala of the moon located in the heart where the great seal is perfected. That Vajra Dharma is blessed by that Bodhisattva in the mandala of the moon. Another explanation is that it enables the Bodhisattvas to possess any Samadhi they desire. The phrase "if one practices secret mantras and vidyā mantras" refers to reciting the characteristics of secret mantras and vidyā mantras. If one recites and practices them, one will quickly accomplish any desired accomplishment, so it is said that one will quickly attain accomplishment. Thus it is said. The Samadhi of the great Bodhisattvas of the Tathagata family has been explained up to this point. One who possesses the excellent meditation of Samadhi like this, because they are a place of offering for others, in order to make them possess offerings, offerings should be explained, and then secret offerings should be explained. Such things have been said. The phrase "Vajra Lāsya and others" refers to the secret goddesses such as the charming women, and "Vajrasattva Samgraha" (藏文:བཛྲ་སཏྭ་སཾ་གྲ་ཧ་,梵文天城体:वज्रसत्त्वसंग्रह,梵文罗马拟音:vajrasattvasaṃgraha,汉语字面意思:金刚萨埵总集), which is the collection of Vajrasattva itself. Such things, offering with extremely secret offerings, will be explained below, and the phrase "explaining secret offerings" is as previously explained. The phrase "the Tathagatas" refers to the five Buddhas such as Vairochana. The phrase "Glorious Vajrasattva and others" refers to the sixteen wisdom Bodhisattvas such as Glorious Vajrasattva. They are the main ones of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.

Moreover, the principal deities mentioned in the mandala of this tantra are these mentioned here. Some say that the names of all the deities arising from the Vajradhatu mandala are called principal deities. Why? Because among the deities mentioned in other union tantras, these are the principal ones, so they are called the principal ones. The samaya-being is as previously explained. Yoga means the mutual union of the characterized and the uncharacterized, and its nature is also as previously explained. The yoga of the samaya-being of the Tathagatas and the beings of their families has been explained. Now, in order to please those deities who are meditated upon in the yoga of the samaya-being, the order of the ritual of offering to them will be explained. If there are those who think that there are many ways of offering that show the same number and name, then in what way will it be shown here? It is said: From "Then, having done so in the yoga of the samaya-being" and so on. Among them, the yoga of the samaya-being refers to the yoga of the Tathagatas and the beings belonging to their families that has already been shown. The Tathagatas refers to the nature Tathagatas who have already been accomplished, namely the five Buddhas. Vajrasattva and so on refers to the wisdom beings who should also be understood in the same way, that is, to please them with external offerings. That is to say, based on the belief that they are dwelling in front of the samaya-being, the method of pleasing them with various offerings will be explained. The ritual of offering also comes from this tantra, which means that the method of pleasing them with offerings also arises in this way from the root great tantra, which is this Compendium of All Tantras. Arranged in the great mandala and so on means that the great mandala is the Vajradhatu mandala, which is the body mandala. The word "and so on" is to include the three mandalas as mentioned, which is from the extensive aspect. The four-armed
