Or what should be avoided. Another is mental recitation, whispering recitation, clear recitation, these three have been explained. The so-called accomplishment through meditation refers to accomplishment through the power of samadhi. That is, through the order of causes, contemplate the complete deity great mudra, or contemplate emptiness, or contemplate the moon mandala, or contemplate the deity hand seal, thereby accomplishing these. That is to say, for any kind of accomplishment, one must practice according to the Dharma after obtaining the oral instructions of the guru corresponding to the tantra. The so-called "determining the limbs" refers to offerings, etc., which belong to the auxiliary conditions of practice, and these are the limbs. For what has been determined and explained in advance, it is called "determining the limbs." One must be diligent in this, and the mind must be very firm, that is, one must be diligent in practice, the mind is not moved by other things, one must make a vow, and one must not give up even for life, so one must avoid laziness and doubt. The so-called "harmonious companions" refers to those who are like-minded, have similar intentions, and have the qualities of gentleness, kindness, and compliance. As the sutra says: "Pure and tamed, possessing reliance and stability, not stingy, possessing wisdom, possessing dignity, good at speech, fearless, possessing good knowledge, possessing patience, upright and without deceit." People with such ultimate qualities live together with oneself and practice. Or, "diligently alone," refers to the practitioner himself being diligent in meditation, possessing diligence, joy, and the effort of samadhi. The so-called "reciting with two" refers to performing recitation and contemplating the great mudra with firm faith and diligent intention. And so on, through the word "etc.," it also includes other practices of the mundane and supramundane. The objector says: Then, what should be the characteristics of the methods and order of these actions? The answer is: Its order is like this, etc., which refers to the order of actions from getting up to going to bed. First, when the time of dawn arrives,
