The basis for attaining desires. The fruit is what is accomplished by the cause and should be sought after, which is readily available. By practicing the aspects of enlightenment as the cause, one obtains strength, fearlessness, retention, and samadhi as the fruit. For example, by practicing the perfections as the cause, one obtains the ten bhumis as the fruit. In this situation, the cause is the cause that enables one to obtain the fruit of mantra, such as reciting mantras with vajra words, and contemplating deities through mental examination, thereby achieving superior, intermediate, and inferior fruits. The fruit is the fruit that arises from that, such as the accomplishment of vidyadharas, the manifestation of the great mudra, and the ability to benefit others through activities such as pacifying and increasing. Yoga means joining the wisdom with the sphere of reality, hence it is yoga. If these are sequentially connected, yoga refers to abiding in the samadhi of the commitment being, who follows the Tathagatas and other deities of the mandala and practices the meaning of secret mantras, that is, any person who is qualified to practice mantras. Extreme yoga refers to those who, with single-pointed diligence, are capable of the subtle vajra samadhi. Great yoga refers to those who have obtained mastery over the four types of activities and are capable of accomplishing the benefit of the noble ones and sentient beings, possessing these characteristics. Secret yoga refers to obtaining great positions such as vidyadhara and manifesting its fruit. All yoga refers to the manifestation of the meaning of great yoga and the realization of the nature of great equality of all. The distinctions of the order of these should also be understood from the various displays of attainments and the order of accomplishing attainments as explained in this very tantra. Some say that yoga refers to those who enter into the meaning of mantras and the great worldly deities. Extreme yoga refers to the retinue beyond the world, such as great bodhisattvas, assemblies of gods and goddesses. Great yoga refers to the Buddhas included in the five families. Secret yoga refers to the Bhagavan Vajradhara.

Homage. All yogas are the great Bhagavan Vairochana. Another Northerner said, yoga is the great Bhagavan Vajradhatu. Extreme yoga is the sixteen great bodhisattvas who are his retinue. Great yoga is the Buddhas such as Akshobhya. Secret yoga is the eight inner and outer goddesses, etc. All yogas are the lord of the worldly wheel, etc., as well as his wife, retinue, and servants. It is said that although these words seem inconsistent, there is no excess in meaning, so there is no contradiction. Recitation is the method of pleasing the deity by reciting mantras and uttering the essence, that is, the Vajra recitation mentioned in the root tantra or this itself, and the three recitations of each family. Homa is the method of pleasing the noble ones and bestowing siddhis by the meaning of giving and burning. There are also two types: the inner wisdom burns afflictions and bestows siddhis. The outer one is the burning of substances blessed by mantras in the mandala of colored powders, which pleases the noble ones and bestows siddhis. Vows are to abandon incompatible things and enter into the meaning to be accomplished, and to abandon those that contradict the tenets of mantras, which all vidyadharas should protect. There are also two types: common and special vows. Among them, there are seven common vows and five special vows. Accomplishment is the place desired by all, and there are also two types: worldly and transcendental accomplishments. Accomplishing accomplishment is the method of obtaining it. By relying on things such as amla and eye medicine, visualizing the deity and reciting mantras, one can obtain what one desires. Meditation is hearing and seeing the meaning of the tantra, etc., and contemplating the differences in how to practice. Bodhicitta is the mind that possesses emptiness and compassion, which is bodhicitta, and there are also two types: ultimate truth and conventional truth. Some say that there are also non-dual bodhicitta and three.
