"It is also said that arising is also arising." This means that although it has become the reality with the nature of non-arising and non-ceasing, it is wonderful to show the nature of arising, such as the body, in various forms for the benefit of sentient beings. This is the meaning of this sentence. "This meaning itself" refers to the meaning itself that is shown in this way. "From the realization of the great samaya of Suchness" means that because it is explained in this way there, it is also shown here in this way. "This treatise has clearly shown" means that the following word shows the connection. "One should have the great mudra of the practitioner" means that the yogi of practice should have the union of the great mudra. "Because one is not tired of the desires" means that one should practice, that is, one should not be tired and discouraged by the deities of glorious Vajrasattva. Why not be tired? Because it is widely shown in the tantras that "so-called desire is the glorious Vajrasattva." Declaring the samaya of the Vajra family: "Not to be angry for the sake of sentient beings." And so on, it has been said, free from the torment of being entangled by anger and hatred. The Tathagatas do whatever benefits sentient beings because they do it without anger. However, in some cases, they also show the fierce image of the wrathful deity, possessing the power to suppress others, and accomplish the benefit of sentient beings through praise. This is said to be the samaya of the Vajra family. "The great mudra that completely triumphs over the three realms" refers to the body of the great wrathful deity that completely triumphs over the three realms, which is the complete nature of the great mudra. As it is said in the tantras, all the Tathagatas gathered together and praised the Lord of the Tathagatas, Vajrapani, with one hundred and eight names. After Vajrapani heard the words of praise from the Buddhas, he placed the nature of the mudra vajra in his heart and prayed to the Lord, saying, "I do not know!" All the Tathagatas said, "Why?" The Lord

Moreover, there are unruly beings, such as the deceased Great Powerful One, who are wrathful and mighty. If the Tathagatas do not use peaceful means to subdue them, how shall I accomplish this? After this request, all the Tathagatas, including the Bhagavan Vairochana and Akshobhya, through the power of their blessings, abide in the Samadhi called the Great Method Vajra of all the Tathagatas. Then, they emanate the Four Buddhas and others in the ten directions, focusing on the selflessness Samadhi of the Dharma of the Tathagatas, and enter into the auspicious Sri Vatsa on the heart of Vairochana. Vairochana blesses them, making the hearts of the Four Buddhas and my heart inseparable, in order to save all sentient beings from the lower realms, to benefit this life, to bring happiness in the next life, and to accomplish the unsurpassed Bodhi. Focusing on the Samadhi of the Great Compassionate Method of the Tathagatas, they abide in the Samadhi called the Wrathful One Samaya Vajra of the Great Compassionate Method of the Tathagatas. As soon as they abide, many Tathagatas enter into the heart of Vairochana, becoming one, and from reciting the essence of the Vajra Samaya of the Tathagatas, (ཧཱུྃ, Hum, Hūṃ, Seed Syllable), the (ཧྰྲུཾ, Hrum, Hrūṃ, Seed Syllable) awakens the Bodhicitta of the heart of Vajrapani, transforming into the body of Vajrapani. From the heart of Vajrapani, the sixteen great Bodhisattvas arise, and they also become the heart of the Bhagavan, the Bodhicitta Samantabhadra Vajradhara, transforming into the sixteen great Bodhisattvas. Abiding in the midst of a great fire that is universally blazing and fiercely burning, with wrathful wrinkles, furrowed eyebrows, and a frowning forehead, baring fangs and gnashing teeth. The Bhagavan, who is completely victorious over the three realms, is indigo-colored, with four arms. The two upper hands bind the (ཧཱུྃ, Hum, Hūṃ, Seed Syllable) mudra, holding a vajra and a bell. The two lower hands hold a bow and arrow, and with the feet of method and wisdom, in order to subdue desire and hatred, he tramples between the heart and breasts of Mahadeva and Uma.
