Because it is the most excellent of all that transcends the world. Greatness means surpassing the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, etc., because it has such a meaning, it is said that way. Always repeatedly meditate, meaning that if you always repeatedly meditate on the meaning indicated in that way, it shows that you can achieve it. This negates laziness, showing that it cannot be achieved by doing a little bit. It is achieved by the combination of the three, meaning that it is shown that it can only be achieved by meditating in the manner of the combination of body, speech and mind, negating the practice in other ways. Not other, the all-knowing one said, meaning that it can only be done that way, if it is done that way it cannot be achieved, it should be practiced like this, this shows the source of credibility. Now it is saying the merits of those, with the ritual of secret speech, meaning that the meaning indicated above, the ritual is action and behavior and practice. All mudras are very brief, meaning that the four types of karma mudra etc. are indicated, those including cause and effect etc. are all gathered in those three secrets. Therefore in all forms, meaning that in the four modes of conduct, in accordance with those, practice as deity yoga. Completely conceal, meaning that it is said to be concealed when practicing in that way without being noticed by others. The objector says, then what happens if those cannot do that and show it to others? The answer is, the holder of the great Vajra is the best, etc., it means holding the best like the wisdom Vajra. The Great Protector blesses, meaning it is Bhagavan Vajrapani. Any evil wisdom that transcends is not endowed with the meaning of the three secrets, it is accepted and damaged. Vajradhara immediately abandons, meaning that after being damaged like that, he does not bless immediately. Another is the holder of the best of Vajra, the Great Protector blesses, is the practitioner who is endowed with the meaning of all secrets. Any evil wisdom that transcends is to become separated from that, that is what the Great Vajradhara said to abandon immediately. So is abandonment the end, is there any other fault? Abandoned sentient beings great

Words such as "those" were spoken. So, should it be hidden in this way? Or, are there also vessels that can be shown to others? It is said: It is not directly hidden, but the vessel that appears to be shown is spoken of. "The Vajradhatu is great joy," and so on. The great mandala of the Vajradhatu is extremely endowed with great merit, so there is no need to examine whether it is a vessel or not. Whoever enters, will not become an obstacle to the master, and the one who enters will also have both worldly and transworldly joys, so it is called great joy. "The skillful empowerer" refers to introducing them, and the sequence of empowerments such as vases as spoken of in other tantras, and from here, the Vajradhatu empowerment, etc., with mantras and mudras that are in accordance with the words and meanings such as "with a garland of hand seals," for activities and actions, and for those who are skilled in the activities of the tantra, who are constantly characterized by the meaning of the three secrets, virtuous friends should teach and explain. "He possesses the supreme secret" refers to one who possesses the above qualities and also possesses the characteristics of being able to measure the three secrets, and that is what is said. The objector says: Then, those who do not possess the qualities of the three doors are only a few, and most are related to parts of them. If those are not called secrets, then why are these called secrets? It is said: Even if there are those who possess the characteristics of the three doors, those who possess such qualities are few other than the great beings, so no one can understand such qualities, let alone experience and manifest them. Because it is not common to anything, it is called a secret. "Abiding by the vows as spoken" refers to being completely in accordance with the meaning stated above. "Always inwardly pure" refers to abiding in yoga with the three secrets, because it does not have other faults, it is inwardly pure. "External bathing, etc." refers to self through practicing the worldly path.
