Therefore, "should always meditate" means the same as always striving without being distracted elsewhere. "Extremely secret" means that the extremely secret of all Buddhas of the three times is the glorious Vajrasattva. Because there is nothing above it, it is unsurpassed. "Mahayana" means that it becomes the cause of Mahayana, which is this one, and it itself is the nature of the mind, the basis of all qualities, therefore it is called "Great Vow." "Yoga" also refers to this one. "Bhagavan is the Vow" also refers to this one, which means that it should be practiced. "What is that" means "Why is that." It is also said in the 《Glorious Supreme First Sutra》: "All Tathagatas also," which means without omission. "Do not transcend" means that one cannot transcend the vow. "Called Mudra Vow" means that it is said to practice and abide in conjunction with the four mudras in this way. "Because the mind makes the body firm" refers to the mind of the Tathagatas, which does not change to other, therefore it is called firm. "Samsaric small pleasure" refers to worldly people relying on small instruments of enjoyment to maintain their livelihood with loud noises and other behaviors. "To pacify great suffering" refers to experiencing the unbearable great suffering of experiencing its Vipaka, in order to pacify it. "Extremely good and blissful means" means that extremely good and blissful is Nirvana. The means or cause of obtaining that great bliss is the vow. "The vow of tranquility" means that pacifying all afflictions and distractions is the nature of the vow. Therefore, everything is enjoyed as desired. It means that because of that reason, all practitioners should enjoy the joy of Bodhicitta as they wish. After enjoying as they wish, it is said that they should do this, what is it? "With yoga, offer to one's own deity, to oneself and others," means that the practitioner himself generates the vow mind as he wishes, as the yoga of the deity.
