I have accumulated the most excellent merits and wisdom, such as the essence, mudra, mantra, and vidya, from the three non-existences. The meaning of the deity is shown to please that deity. Those causes that please the deity should also be known by the mantra practitioner. The meaning of "because" is the meaning of "therefore." Because if one practices as one knows the causes that please the deity, and increases the meaning of those knowledges, it will become a habit. That is, after increasing it, it will soon become a vessel for accomplishment. Therefore, it is shown that those must be known by the mantra practitioner. Therefore, the so-called essence, etc., if one practices those, because there is a reason for it to arise in that way, in order to fully know the differences in the nature of the essence, etc., the characteristics of those deities will be explained. The so-called "therefore also," means because of what? It means that because the nature or characteristics of the deities have been shown, therefore, for the time being, the characteristics of the deities that are in accordance with those will be shown here first. What is meant by "the characteristics of the deities that are in accordance with those essences, etc., will be shown here first"? It refers to the special wisdom and the special power of the mind, which is also the ultimate truth. The so-called "because it has become special wisdom" refers to how one understands the meaning, and because one has great power to subdue others, thereby destroying and suppressing all worldly kinds and famous powerful ones, therefore, the difference in mind that is superior to those is called the deity, and it is also shown that the so-called ultimate truth is only this. From those two, the difference in mind and the ultimate truth, from those two, the deity of mind is shown first, that is, the difference in mind is the difference in wisdom and the nature of supreme power, etc., which has already been explained above. Because one possesses such wisdom, it shows that one is superior and special from other sentient beings, therefore it is called a deity. There are also two types of that, what are they? That is, completely pure and different from it, two types.

The so-called "pure" and so on. Among them, "realizing the ultimate meaning, free from the defilement of faults" means realizing the meaning of Dharma-nature or Dharmadhatu as it is, without error. From the beginning of realization, completely eliminating all accumulations of habitual tendencies of defilements is complete purification. "Free from defilement" means that the realization of Dharma-nature or Dharmadhatu is slightly insufficient, and the accumulation of various obstacles and sins has not been eliminated, which is a state different from the former. Among them, complete purification is also divided into two types: the most supreme complete purification and the non-most supreme complete purification. Among them, the one who possesses the most supreme complete purification is the perfectly enlightened Buddha, because the Buddha possesses the merit of complete purification, has the most supreme and complete form, and has completely eliminated all accumulations of obstacles. Therefore, the Buddha is always omniscient at all times and places, and is called the master of all. This is because the Buddha possesses merits, has eliminated obstacles, understands the meaning of samsara and nirvana, clearly knows all container and sentient worlds, and has free control over all dharmas of the world and beyond, so he is praised in this way in all ten directions. Therefore, it should be understood in this way. The so-called "non-most supreme purification" refers to the fact that in terms of the merit of complete purification, it slightly lacks the most supreme characteristics, referring to the sons of the Buddhas (Bodhisattvas), as well as Pratyekabuddhas and Shravakas. Why is this? Because Bodhisattvas have not eliminated the obscuration of knowledge, and Pratyekabuddhas and Shravakas have not realized the selflessness of all dharmas. The so-called "incomplete purification" refers to all the special groups of worldly gods. Although the worldly gods are more supreme than ordinary beings, they are called incompletely pure gods because they have not eliminated all obstacles. Which gods are these? For example, Indra and Vishnu, etc. The so-called "differences related to this" refers to the consorts and retinues of those gods. The consorts refer to Indra's consorts, such as Pañcika, etc. The retinue refers to Indra's retinue, such as the good god Mahuka, the extremely pure wisdom, the extremely pure one, and the stainless light, etc.
