Like those things that should be done. "If you don't like it, do less of other things" means that for those who don't like reading, reciting, and making tsatsas, or those who can't do them, they should always abide in their own deity yoga. "When eating, also choose food that does not slander or violate reason" means that yogis can eat reasonable food, except for food that is prohibited, slandered, or violates vows in the scriptures, they can enjoy the allowed food and drinks. After eating these foods, purify sins, make the body hard, stable, and strong, and rely on these to generate the merits of increasing good deeds, and think in your heart that you will achieve this ability, and recite these vows when eating. Visualize a five-pronged vajra on the tongue, and recite "Sarva Kari Sarva Siddhi" (Tibetan: སརྦ་ཀ་རི་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व करि सर्व सिद्धि, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: sarva kari sarva siddhi, literal Chinese meaning: all actions, all achievements), thinking of purifying all sins. When reciting "Sarva Siddhi" (Tibetan: སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व सिद्धि, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: sarva siddhi, literal Chinese meaning: all achievements), think of achieving all the desired merits, and then eat. In other yoga tantras, the yoga of eating food is described as follows: What is it? Everything is the nature of space, Space also has no nature, The yogi is equal to space, Everything should be regarded as food. And so on. "Everything is the nature of space" refers to all external and internal things. "Space also has no nature" just as the nature of space cannot be specified, these things, if analyzed, cannot be specified either, which shows that they are no different from space. "The yogi is equal to space" because all things are like space, the yogi himself is also equal to space, or the contemplation of ultimate yoga is also equal to space, and there is no distinction in the mind. "Everything should be regarded as food" abiding in the yoga of praise, one should not have distinctions of kind for food, but should eat it. "Everything is the union of space" refers to abiding in the samadhi union of realizing that all things are like space. "Everything is space, so say, and"

It is also taught that one should speak according to how one thinks in one's mind. "To seal with the vajra mudra" means that abiding in such samadhi is called the vajra mudra. It is taught that the form of food should also abide in such a nature and be eaten. "All the enjoyments of desires" means that the desires of sentient beings are like the objects of the five desires, such as form and sound, which are pleasing to the mind. The desires of a yogi are the enjoyments that arise from the realization of bodhicitta, which refer to goddesses such as coquettish ones. "Enjoying as desired" means abiding in the nature of bodhicitta and abiding in the samadhi of enjoying the demeanor of those goddesses as much as desired. "By merging everything into the sky" means that they do not appear or exist as substantial things. One should recognize that they appear as the nature of bodhicitta. "All siddhis will be obtained" means that using things as real is bondage. By practicing the samadhi of recognizing things as unreal, it becomes the cause of obtaining all things. This is what is to be shown. Thus, with excellent praise and, means to seal with the two mantras previously shown. "Yoga without characteristics" means that only what is shown here is it. "Food that has been completely prepared" means that it has been prepared with the combination of two such rituals, which is excellent and completely prepared food. "Tathagatas and others" means permanence and so on. "Belonging to their lineage and so on" means Vajrasattva and others, and the deities gathered in their mandala. "Offering the essence of whatever is available" means estimating the essence of all food and drink and offering it to them. One should also give as much as possible to sentient beings, meaning that one should also give to the sentient beings born below them with their respective dedications. "Yoga of one's own deity" means the samadhi of the deity in whom one believes and practices. "Abiding in the yoga of its lord" means or abiding in the samadhi of the lord of the family. One's own deity or
