With the mantra and mudra of the son, one should cause all the deities to rejoice. Having taught thus, there are also those who think there are other inconsistencies, so in order to teach those differences here as well. Or, having done up to the end of the empowerment of liberating all mudras. Thus it is said. Thus, the liberation of all mudras and the empowerment and what is to be done after that. The garland of armor is not tied at that time, but first the thought of protecting oneself, and how to tie and untie the tied mudras, generate the thought that those mudras are firmly present in me. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra once, and after that, tie the garland as before, clap the palms and recite the mantra, and perform the practice that makes them happy. The opponent says: Thus, what is the need to do those sequences of liberating mudras and empowerments? Even if you don't do it, there is no contradiction, if you say so, the meaning of all these liberating mudras etc. is also in the tantra, it will be taught from this treatise, thus it is said, these are taught by adding the reasoning of the tantra, that's all. The meaning of these has already been explained in detail before. By this ritual, liberating the mudras etc., refers to the sequence of rituals mentioned above, finally liberating the four mudras that were previously meditated upon. Tying refers to the empowerment and tying of armor and garland after tying all the mudras. Making them happy means clapping the palms and reciting the mantra, doing so, one's own body, speech and mind are transformed into vajra-like, and will not be destroyed in any way. Or, Vajrasattva also said: Vajrasattva, Lord of Bliss. As desired, Lord of Bliss. Just by reciting, it will be accomplished. As the teaching of Vajrapani. This is to say, one should also know that this shows the time of the conclusion of liberating the mudras and the empowerment and the tying of the garland and armor. Its meaning is like this: whether oneself is any deity, or the samadhi of Vajrasattva, or, having clearly visualized that which is being practiced, recite the mantra of the hundred syllables, if one abides in such a state, everything that is desired will be superior.

There is no need to seek other meanings; merely reciting the mantra of the deity being practiced will accomplish the desired result. For example, it is like Vajrapani manifesting asceticism. Thus it was said. Then, the so-called retinue of the Tathagatas, etc., refers to, after performing the practice of dissolving all mudras in this way, visualizing and inviting the Tathagata and all the retinue of the Tathagata family to be present in front. The so-called subsequent recollection means to clearly remember their respective appearances for a moment, a short time, or a brief moment, and to have them abide in front. Thus, reciting the secret offering means reciting the words and mantras that include the Vajrasattva heart mantra, etc. The so-called four secret offerings refer to making offerings with the mantras and mudras of the four goddesses, such as the seductive goddess. The so-called incense and so on refers to making offerings with the karma mudras and mantras of the four goddesses in order to offer flowers, etc. Offerings are made in sequence with these, and praised with one hundred and eight names, etc., and prostrations are made in a non-dual manner with body, speech, and mind, and also with mantras. The roots of virtue arising from recitation and meditation should be dedicated so that they are not wasted. So, how should one dedicate? Just as the Bhagavan Tathagatas, etc., have practiced the roots of virtue, with this may I become a Buddha and liberate all sentient beings from the ocean of samsara. Thus, dedicate, and until the attainment of the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, one must quickly attain this goal to be practiced. Even if it is not quickly attained, in the rebirths between not attaining it, one must be reborn in a corresponding rebirth, and not be reborn in other rebirths. Now, the so-called body refers to a body free from the disadvantages of incomplete faculties, etc. The so-called enjoyment refers to not becoming poor, but to having complete enjoyment like a Chakravartin or a great Sala tree householder.
