It is called "Penetrating." It is called "Penetrating" because it understands thoroughly, so it is wisdom. Because this wisdom penetrates the ultimate truth, it is called "Definitely Penetrating," which refers to the nature of realizing emptiness as it is with single-minded devotion to emptiness. The wisdom of practicing Mudra is also shown to be different from the other three wisdom teachings. That is to say, the wisdom teaching of practicing Mudra is different from the three wisdom teachings of practicing Essence, Mantra, and Vidyā-mantra. So, what is "Definitely Penetrating"? So-called realization refers to the nature of realizing that all dharmas are without self, that is, focusing on the ultimate truth, that is, realizing that all dharmas are emptiness, and abiding in this state, unmoving. As for other yogis, it refers to the wisdom teachings of Essence, Mantra, and Vidyā-mantra other than Mudra. Because they focus on the Suchness that has not been realized, that is, focusing on their higher vision and significant signs, they have not realized the Suchness, that is, the great emptiness, the unchanging realm of Dharma, which contradicts the reason and doctrine that all dharmas are without self. Therefore, realizing in a characterized way is contrary to the doctrine and reason, because all dharmas are emptiness, contrary to the reason of no-self, so it is inconsistent. Therefore, this is different from the three bodies. Therefore, practicing Mudra recitation, the reason why it is so specially explained is that when practicing Mudra recitation, oneself, the deity, and the words of recitation are all without self, and one should believe in the essence of emptiness, visualizing it as equal to space and without distinction. The so-called "completely discriminating conceptualization" refers to preventing thinking and judging with the conceptualization of discriminating all dharmas, that is, preventing thinking and judging with conceptualization. The realized one should exhaust the bindu and abide in equality. That is to say, those with conceptualization should be like the yogis who are equal to space, as stated in the scriptures. Therefore, when the characteristics are completely abandoned, there is no distinction between acceptance and rejection, because there are no parts such as accomplishment and non-accomplishment, so everything.

May it be accomplished quickly. It is said. If such a yogi practices, the fruit of accomplishment will not be wasted, and it will be obtained as desired. Therefore, it is meaningful to be the best of accomplishments. This is called "the best," and here, "the best" refers to being the most excellent among all those who have or have not achieved accomplishment. For this, the opponents do not distinguish the occasion, and they are able to destroy all other actions by their very nature. Therefore, it is called "overpowering all poisons." It is not like the lower vehicles, where all defilements are gradually destroyed by relying on antidotes, but rather, it is immediately purified and the qualities of the noble blessing are obtained. Therefore, it is called "eliminating all suffering and possessing glory." One who abides in such a state of yoga that has abandoned characteristics does not need to learn qualities, and all realizations are naturally accomplished. Therefore, this yoga is the one that accomplishes all actions. Without changing from the state of abiding in non-conceptual samadhi, how much is not accomplished from whatever worldly and transmundane siddhis and whatever intentions? Therefore, there is nothing that is not accomplished. Therefore, the yogi who possesses non-conceptual samadhi, whether it is common or supreme siddhi, or all kinds of worldly and transmundane actions and activities, is manifested merely by thinking about them. Non-conceptual samadhi and recitation are the most supreme among all activities. Since whatever is not accomplished is not an opportunity, it is taught that the accomplishment of activities is as easy as one wishes, and all are accomplished without exception. It is taught that the accomplishment of activities is as easy as one wishes, and all are accomplished without exception. In this way, not only is the accomplishment of a few aspects achieved, but also the greatness of whatever is to be abandoned, and the countless aspects of actions that exist are accomplished. Therefore, all actions are quickly accomplished. It is said. In the Vajrasekhara Tantra, it is said: "The oral instructions of wisdom that are also shown in sequence." This means that from the upper and lower chapters of the Vajrasekhara Tantra, the oral instructions of wisdom that show the absence of inherent existence with words that show in a different way the methods that are shown here are the Buddha.
