Furthermore, there are two types of verbal expression. This explains that after distinguishing the various categories of words, these expressions should be understood as the following two types. What two? Secret mantras are recited silently in the mind and expressed verbally. This can be further distinguished, with silent recitation in the mind being divided into two types: with characteristics and without characteristics. Among them, the characteristics mentioned below, such as "the nature of the language of samadhi is breathlessness and extremely subtle language," should be understood as recitation with characteristics. The characteristic of silent recitation in the mind other than that is to completely abandon characteristics and should be understood from the explanation arising from the yoga of Prajnaparamita. Verbal expression refers to the differences of the four lineages, that is, through four kinds of language. The recitation of verbal expression is also the same. Due to the differences of the four lineages such as the Tathagata lineage, their recitation words are also divided into four types according to their respective categories. The so-called difference of the four lineages refers to the separate explanation of the differences of the four lineages such as the Tathagata lineage. The so-called four kinds of language refer to the four kinds such as Vajra recitation. The so-called four kinds refer to the fact that the four lineages and their recitations are divided into four kinds for explanation. Therefore, it is explained that there are four kinds of verbal expression. What four kinds? That is, what is said about the Tathagata lineage, etc.: Move the tongue slightly, the teeth and lips are joined together, all discriminations will be realized, and the Vajra speech is silent. The meaning of this passage is this: Abiding in the great mudra of one's own deity, when making them happy through recitation, the teeth and teeth are joined together, the lips and lips are joined together, and the tip of the tongue moves slightly, reciting without making the sound of the mantra, this is called Vajra speech. This is the rational key to all discriminations, so it is necessary to realize all discriminations. In order to make those who want to know what discrimination means understand, the "all discriminations" mentioned here refers to all lineages such as Buddha and Vajradhara.

Belonging to all kinds of deities, and so on, it is said. Buddha refers to the Tathagatas who are permanent, etc. Vajradhara refers to the wisdom bodhisattvas of that lineage, such as Vajrasattva. The distinction of deities belonging to all lineages refers to the distinction of all deities belonging to the four lineages, which is called conceptualization. Why? Because it accomplishes the purpose of sentient beings. The Tathagatas and the deities of the Tathagata lineage, all completely abandoning and abiding in the state of great non-conceptualization, benefit sentient beings who are drowning in the abyss of samsara and fulfill their thoughts. All Buddhas, having examined the forms of their own body, speech, and mind in the form of mantras and mudras, etc., reveal and manifest them, therefore it is called conceptualization. The meaning of this teaching is also stated in the tantra itself: "The non-conceptual is the lord of conceptualization, conceptualization arises from examination, Vajrasattva, the great bodhisattva, therefore it is called conceptualization." It is said. Its meaning is as follows: complete non-conceptualization is the Dharmakaya. The lord of conceptualization refers to the manifestation of the Rupakaya from that for the benefit of beings. Examination by conceptualization refers to the examination of mantras and mudras arising from the examination by Buddhas, etc. What arises from that is the arising of Vajrasattva, the great bodhisattva, etc. From that examination, the forms of mantras and mudras also appear again. In short, the Rupakaya arises from the Dharmakaya, and from that, mantras and mudras, etc., are distinctly shown, and from that, Vajrasattva and other wisdom bodhisattvas appear. Moreover, the forms of their body, speech, and mind are also blessed and manifested as mantras and mudras, etc. Because of this reason, it is said to be called conceptualization. The reason for this teaching is that Vajrasattva himself becomes the deities of all lineages, such as the Tathagatas, which means that Vajrasattva abides in the nature of bodhicitta.
