Thus, it is said, "The order is this," and so on. That is to say, the lineage of the Bhagavan Vairochana, and the remaining Bodhisattvas such as Vajra King, summarized by the term glorious Vajrasattva, etc. Among them, whether inclined to one or many, the order of wanting to practice the great mudra of the body, as will be explained below, is instructed in this way, and its meaning lies in this. So, what is this method like? First, temporarily perform the rituals such as offerings, up to the final stage of the descent of wisdom, meaning that if you want to practice in this way, do not focus on visualizing the great mudra of the body from the beginning, but need other actions to connect, so it is said to be "temporary." Starting from the offerings, up to the descent of wisdom, perform completely according to the previously shown order. Then, first, clearly visualize oneself as the image of the great mudra of the body of the deity that one wants to practice and bless. As said when explaining the great mandala of the Vajra realm, for those wisdom Bodhisattvas such as Vajrasattva who are suitable to be pleased, clearly recite their respective heart mantras with Vajra words, and visualize them in the mind, while holding the breath, causing the breath to flow sequentially in and out of the nostrils, and then gather the collection of senses such as the eyes, starting from the eyes, all under the control of the mind, and follow the pure correct intention. Clearly visualize the image of the great mudra of the body of the deity that one wants to practice. As it is said: By the ritual that abides in the mind, Whatever is desired in the mind will be accomplished, Abiding in the heart of samadhi practice, Therefore it is called heart mantra. The meaning of what is said is: As it is said, the heart mantra of all the Buddhas, Is the nature of samadhi, The essence inseparable from the mind, Therefore, by the means of reciting it, Whatever accomplishment is desired in the mind, That will be obtained as it is. The meaning of what is said is that here, whether practicing any deity such as Vajrasattva, one must know that its heart mantra is the essence inseparable from the mind of Bodhicitta. Then, practice by reciting it in the manner of

For a Bodhisattva who desires to attain "Ba," their body should be visualized in the form of a mudra ritual. Each day, contemplate with the pride of thinking that you are non-dual and inseparable from this form. Through the three doors of body, speech, and mind, purify all the sins arising from the three poisons and prevent them from arising again. In the intervals, the so-called exhalation refers to constantly abiding in Samadhi in this way, feeling weary and physically exhausted, unable to hold the breath. Even when exhaling again, meditate in this way: merely by exhaling again from the breath, visualize your deity's form filling and pervading the ten directions of the realms of space. Now, for those who want to understand how to perceive all things that become objects of the senses and consciousness, especially make all things that come into the range of the senses and memory pleasurable. It is said in the scriptures, "Meditate on the form of the Great Seal Bodhisattva." Meditate as before, and even more specifically, whatever it may be, whether it is form, sound, etc., that has become an object of the senses and consciousness, whether it was previously experienced, seen, remembered, present, or will be experienced in the future, all those parts that will be experienced, meditate on them as the form of the Great Seal of the Great Bodhisattva who accomplishes and pleases you. Therefore, even if these objects of activity come to mind or are thought of, remember what will be said below. What is that? It is said, "All these arise from my discriminations." This is because one's own mind, due to the increased power of false discriminations, these things arise and appear in this way. Although these objects of form, sound, etc., can be distinguished as one's own consciousness discriminates, and thus appear separately, if one believes that these things are truly existent, then it contradicts the scriptures and logical arguments. Therefore, know that these things only appear as objects due to the delusion of the mind, and in the ultimate sense, the nature of these things does not exist. Then, the phrase "again gather the mind together with the wind" means that after recognizing in this way, gather one's own mind together with the wind of breath...
