The five faculties, such as the eye; my formless faculties, the eight aggregates of consciousness; and the deities' faculties, the five non-material wisdoms, are all equal, becoming one and undifferentiated. Thus, recognizing that my body and the wisdom-being's body have become one, this meditation on the Victorious One is the fourth, most secret offering. "However" means that these offerings should be meditated upon according to the distinctions of the four families, and having become non-dual with the samaya-being, they should be applied in their respective order. That is the meaning of "however." The meaning of "also" is that by meditating on any deity belonging to any family and becoming non-dual with its great being, it is also shown that all four of these offerings can be accomplished. "Why is it that" means that the phrase itself is merely an expression. "Especially" means that, especially, for the family that one is meditating on, having become non-dual with oneself, then one should especially perform the most secret offering belonging to one's own family. The learned masters of the yoga family explain it this way, so the master said. Then, when one's own deity and one's own body have become like milk and water mixed together, it means that, for example, when milk and water are thoroughly mixed, one cannot distinguish "this is water, this is milk," just as they become one in one entity. Likewise, immediately after performing the four secret offerings, my body, speech, and mind, and the body, speech, and mind of the wisdom-beings, become inseparable in one entity, and one should recite the essence mantra called "Om Sura ta Tvam (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)" and meditate as long as desired in order to bring the wisdom-being under one's control. "Under control" means to become one's own, that is, to be able to transform as one wishes. "As long as desired" means to meditate until one does not become weary or until one has attained accomplishment. "The lord of bliss who relies on desire" means that all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are places to be desired and relied upon. If one practices and does not abandon them, then worldly bliss is the form of desirable qualities.

Therefore, obtaining the bliss that transcends the world, becoming the nature of transcending suffering. Saying "You are the most joyful." This refers to the mantra called Su Ra Ta Stvam Extreme Bliss You), you are the most joyful or the intermediate behavior. It indicates that relying on desire is the cause of obtaining the nature of bliss. "Vajrasattva should be practiced." This is saying: By what means, what vows have been spoken, Vajrasattva should be practiced. This is the final summary. Subjugating by inspiring with that (mantra). It is said that by inspiring with the mantra called Su Ra Ta Stvam Extreme Bliss You), one is subjugated and becomes of the same taste. Why? Because that mantra is hitting the point or facing upwards, therefore the name "That" is also it. Therefore, do it that way. "Here desiring and liberating, therefore." This is a re-explanation of the verse itself. "Here desiring and liberating" refers to desiring the accomplishment to be practiced, and liberating from the cycle of the three realms, therefore it is called desiring and should be liberated. In reality, it refers to the wisdom sattva itself that one should practice. It is indicated by distinguishing it from all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas mentioned above. For those others who think that desire must refer to the gods, for these people. That is also said in the tantra as such. From the subsequent of the mandala of vows it says: Saying "You are the most joyful." Vajrasattva should be practiced. And so on, it is said. So-called "most joyful" refers to reciting the mantra called Su Ra Ra Stvam Bliss Bliss You). Why should it be recited? Because it is said "Vajrasattva should be practiced." It is said for the sake of practicing Vajrasattva. What is the appearance of that? It is said "I am the desire Samantabhadra." I, is said for the sake of indicating, is the auspicious Vajrasattva. That is the reason that beings desire and pursue. Because it is the essence of the bodhicitta of the nature of moving and non-moving, it is called Samantabhadra. Therefore, the fruit of that desire is: giving bliss to all sentient beings. This is saying, if there are any sentient beings who desire anything, then how he desires bliss
