The characteristics of the causes of all phenomena should be examined in detail so that the mind becomes pure and workable. Why should this be done? It is for the sake of those beings covered by the burning fire of suffering, that is, those beings who have the nature of three and eight sufferings, like a burning flame, whose bodies and minds are bound and covered. In order to liberate them from suffering and attain liberation, considering those helpless beings, in order to be their protector, refuge, and friend, in order to save them from suffering, one should practice this yoga of equanimity. By doing so, the mind will become workable. In the center of one's heart, visualize a moon disc arising from the letter “ཨ་” (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), and in the center of the moon disc, visualize a multicolored vajra crossed. Immediately after visualizing this, just as it was said earlier during the offering, with the action mudra of the vajra hook, in the manner of being drawn by a hook, visualize the desired Bhagavan Wisdom Hero, the main deity being practiced, touching one's own body, only to the extent that the pores of the hair touch. Similarly, in the manner of drawing the breath back in, visualize the nature of loving-kindness towards all sentient beings, the action mudra of the vajra lasso, as previously stated, also drawn from the extent of merely touching the pores of the hair. Just as clarified butter dissolves into sand, dissolve that Wisdom Hero into one's own heart. After that, in order for the Wisdom Hero to abide and remain in the practitioner's body for as long as one desires, bind the action mudra of the vajra lock, which is the nature of the Buddha's teachings, as previously stated. With the samadhi of looking into one's own body, just as water and milk mix, bind firmly with the binding of samadhi, making them inseparable, not different, and without distinction. Then, how does the Bhagavan exist in the manner of naturally luminous? Just as the Bhagavan Wisdom Hero and the naturally luminous wisdom are not different and without distinction, so too, I abide in the nature of being not different and without distinction from these Bhagavan Wisdom Heroes, but there are sudden afflictive stains and near afflictions.

Obscured by various illusory and unreal conceptualizations, becoming defiled, and thinking that they have been separated, after remembering in this way. The so-called "becoming the blessing of the Prajñāpāramitā," the Prajñāpāramitā can also manifest all dharmas as emptiness, and the sound of the bell can also proclaim all dharmas as emptiness. As it is said in this very tantra: "Wisdom follows the sound." Because of the meaning of this statement, it is believed that the bell is the blessing of the Prajñāpāramitā. Therefore, in this way, inseparably from the nature of reality, bind the activity mudrā of the vajra bell, which has become the blessing of the Prajñāpāramitā, recite and invoke its essence, and make the self-nature of the Bhagavan jñāna-sattva, who has become inseparable from me, rejoice. After explaining it in this way, even if one acts in a different manner, there is no fault, therefore the word "also" is said. Even if one does not actually bind the mudrās, but only recites the mantra with the mind and practices in this way, there is no fault. Then, the so-called "one's own deity jñāna-sattva as previously explained" refers to the attire of the jñāna-sattva to be practiced as previously shown. The characteristics of the Tathāgata, or the characteristics of the great bodhisattvas such as Vajrasattva, in the same way, manifesting the body as if taming beings, therefore like the appearance of the Tathāgata, or the sixteen bodhisattvas such as Vajrasattva appearing as one's own attire is also acceptable. Contemplate them entering one's own body as appropriate, contemplate them as being no different from pus, and by making the four most secret offerings into samādhi, they will not become different at any time or place, and one should contemplate even more or especially becoming non-dual with me, thinking: "Which great bodhisattva is me," and with the Victorious One who is without separation, one should imagine oneself as the form of that great bodhisattva. The so-called most secret offering refers to the Śrāvakas and Kriyā, as well as those without Dharma and the heretics, etc.
