Thinking of the desired form, until one arises from samadhi, one sees oneself in such a form, and others also see it, thus one thinks. Therefore, this is the yoga of invisibility that is spoken of. Thus, after it descends upon me, I meditate that I am the sky. Until I have meditated as I wish, until invisibility occurs. Thus it is done. Its instruction is that all the rituals to be performed in the past are performed in the same way. One's own body is broken down into minute particles, and one thinks that the logic of examining the separate parts of the minute particles is unbearable, so it becomes without self-nature. Reciting this essence of "Vajra Akasha" (藏文,梵文天城体:वज्र आकाश,梵文罗马拟音:vajra ākāśa,汉语字面意思:Vajra Space), one meditates that oneself is like the sky until the signs of accomplishing samadhi have not appeared. Then, if one remains in equipoise, one will not be seen even by those who are sitting there. Then, in the same way, having done the practice of one night beforehand, one should remain in the place and time as desired, and the yogi should remain in this samadhi until no one can see him. Furthermore, the characteristics of the practice of leaping into the sky are: After I have made the vajra descend myself, I meditate that I myself am the vajra, and wherever I leap and change, I can walk in the sky. Thus it is said. Its order is also that the rituals to be performed beforehand are done in the same way, reciting the essence of "Vajra Maham" (藏文,梵文天城体:वज्र महं,梵文罗马拟音:vajra mahaṃ,汉语字面意思:Vajra I), while one's form is not broken down, one meditates that oneself is a very light five-pronged vajra, lifted upwards by the breath, and gradually rising from the ground by one finger, two fingers, etc., and oneself is moving upwards. Then, in the same way, one sits in samadhi for one night, and then, as one becomes accustomed to rising upwards beyond the height of the desired house, bed, small bed, etc., one should manifest the samadhi of leaping into the sky. After leaping as desired, one will remain in the center of the sky until one has not abandoned samadhi. The order of practice for those who hold the knowledge mantra is also like this. First, one should perform an extensive offering ritual and meditate intensely on the vajra dagger.

之后,出现观想的心髓:班杂 达RA(藏文:བཛྲ་དྷ་ར།,梵文天城体:वज्रधर,梵文罗马拟音:vajradhara,汉语字面意思:金刚持),ra 达RA(藏文:རཏྣ་དྷ་ར།,梵文天城体:रत्नधर,梵文罗马拟音:ratnadhara,汉语字面意思:宝持),贝玛 达RA(藏文:པདྨ་དྷ་ར།,梵文天城体:पद्मधर,梵文罗马拟音:padmadhara,汉语字面意思:莲花持),嘎玛 达RA(藏文:ཀརྨ་དྷ་ར།,梵文天城体:कर्मधर,梵文罗马拟音:karmadhara,汉语字面意思:业持)。

Sa. Meditate on the essence of the vidyadhara, reciting in your mind any one of the four elements that arise from below. Visualize your own form as a vidyadhara residing in the center of the moon mandala, with the color spoken of in your own lineage, and a body adorned with radiant armlets, head ornaments, bracelets, earrings, and other ornaments. Think in accordance with the meaning of the essence, and in your right hand, hold the emblems of the vajra, wish-fulfilling jewel, lotus, and various vajra mudras as possible, taking pride in your own lineage. As long as the moon mandala and the vajra mudra you have contemplated touch, first experience that feeling. When you open your eyes, meditate until you see yourself as the same form as the vidyadhara you have visualized, and remain in that state. Then, while sitting on the seat of the moon, visualize your body appearing as a vajra vidyadhara, gradually rising upwards from one finger, two fingers, and so on, and contemplate that you can abide in the sky. Afterwards, at night, perform the ritual of offering to the deity you have faith in through the practice of the great mandala and so on, and abide in this samadhi. Your own deity, the wisdom being, descends and bestows the supreme for the sake of accomplishing the accomplishment of the vidyadhara you have visualized. Thus it is said: In the sky, there is the image of the moon, draw it and sit on top of it. Meditate on the vajra in your hand, and you will become a vajra vidyadhara. Residing on the image of the moon, meditate on the vajra wish-fulfilling jewel. Whatever purity you desire for yourself, rise up quickly to that extent. Residing on the image of the moon, with the vajra lotus in your hand, if you meditate as the vajra eye, you will attain the state of a vidyadhara. Residing in the center of the moon mandala, meditate intensely on the vajra activity. For all who hold the various vajras, quickly become a vidyadhara. Thus it is said. Then, the essence of meditation arises: Vajradhara (Tibetan: བཛྲ་དྷ་ར།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रधर, Sanskrit Romanization: vajradhara, Literal Chinese Meaning: Vajra Holder), Ratnadhara (Tibetan: རཏྣ་དྷ་ར།, Sanskrit Devanagari: रत्नधर, Sanskrit Romanization: ratnadhara, Literal Chinese Meaning: Jewel Holder), Padmadhara (Tibetan: པདྨ་དྷ་ར།, Sanskrit Devanagari: पद्मधर, Sanskrit Romanization: padmadhara, Literal Chinese Meaning: Lotus Holder), Karmadhara (Tibetan: ཀརྨ་དྷ་ར།, Sanskrit Devanagari: कर्मधर, Sanskrit Romanization: karmadhara, Literal Chinese Meaning: Action Holder). Now, the yogi who abides in the pride of his own deity, by meditating on the four samadhis in order, rises into the sky, attains the five supernormal powers, becomes a vajra holder, and attains the state of Buddhahood.
