and entering solitary places for alms, wandering in cemeteries, shops, and streets, abiding like the Buddhas is the best, this is universal conduct. As it is said, therefore this is for those who have attained stability. Otherwise, those who enter from the beginning mostly decline and fall. Therefore, it should be known that those who enter gradually do not fall. The yogi who enters gradually into the generation stage and the completion stage should also abide in the same way of conduct. Therefore, for those who are well-established in the generation stage, and those who desire the completion stage, the perfect Buddha speaks of the means as a ladder-like sequence. This saying is also well-spoken. Then, one should abide in the great conduct of equipoise, naturally free from conceptualization, entering into non-conceptual wisdom. Therefore, abiding in this conduct, there is no elaboration, nor equipoise, transcending the doer, the deed, and effort, pure and impure things, like illusions, are without reality, because of being separated from discrimination, there is no acceptance or rejection, not abandoning desire and so on, nor accomplishing Buddhahood by other means, transcending the extremes of existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation, without color and form, without body and speech, abandoning life's efforts gradually and simultaneously, without letters, signs, and mudras, not abiding in any of the ten directions, transcending the objects of grasping, grasper, and conceptual thought, without vows, precepts, and mandalas. In those ten suchnesses, there is no discrimination, there is no object of meditation, meditator, or meditation, the efforts of Buddhas, sentient beings, and self are all separated, abandoning cause and effect, path, and so on, for things that are causes and non-causes, like the sky, do not discriminate. Abandoning stupas, scriptures, and so on, demons and siddhis are both non-existent. Self-awareness transcends the realm of knowledge and expression, sound, symbols, and sense faculties, there is not even a particle to be indicated for this, transcending the conduct of speculation, the followers of the holy ones know for themselves, seeing the invisible holy one, knowing like an illusion, with extreme knowledge accustomed to discrimination, non-discriminating altruism is like a jewel, the three bodies, five wisdoms, and so on, the Buddha's qualities are like a wish-fulfilling tree, like autumn perfecting in an instant, therefore secrets are gathered there.

Adorned greatly by the power of the fourth initiation, this is the supreme first, the ultimate path of Vajrasattva. As it is said, this is the ultimate conduct, the great conduct of equipoise. Those who act contrary to the conduct of knowing the time should be recognized as the work of demons. There is no fault in the guru's command and seeing great meaning, and knowing the time for individuals, etc., and when it becomes an obstacle to life. Those transgressions should be confessed to the empowerment and the assembly according to the order of the severity of the offense, or by preceding the mandala, confess to one holy being. Afterwards, one should learn the methods of restraint. The explanation of the fifteen transgressions is complete. Now, the faults of the branches will be explained, therefore: "Rely on the holy, not another, examine well those who are vessels, for desire, abandon harming others, not for the wealth of the Three Jewels, etc., do not abandon benefiting others for a moment, do not engage in virtue without enlightenment, the transference of consciousness, that is skillful, otherwise, it is a fault of the branch, after that, great suffering is obtained." As it is said, the general characteristics of these should be known from what was explained above. Relying on the holy is the holy guru. As it is said in the Net of Illusion: "If there is no teacher, then accomplishment will not be attained, therefore, the characteristics of the teacher should be explained. Essence of Wisdom, listen, stable, gentle, and intelligent, patient, upright, and without deceit, knowing the union of the secret mantra tantra, doing the work of drawing mandalas. Those ten are completely known, giving fearlessness to all sentient beings, always rejoicing in the supreme vehicle, that is said to be the teacher." As it is said, relying on one who is not holy is the second branch. Not another is one who is not holy, as it is said in that very text: "Completely knowing the treatises of outsiders, and also practicing the path of the Hearers, but that secret collection, and the Great Vehicle are not known, without compassion, without faith, without diligence, always engaging in evil conduct, and slandering the treatises." As it is said. Therefore, it is supreme for the guru to benefit others, it is not supreme for those who are for their own benefit and are overcome by afflictions, as it is said.
