The unsurpassed body of Laba Tulku, and its unsurpassed body of perfect enjoyment without birth and death, and its Dharma body unsurpassed body, which cannot be established by any conceptual mind. Then, the unsurpassed body will be obtained. Now, let us illustrate with the example of a lotus petal that is not stained by the mud of mind and mental events. What is that? When the lama indicates with gestures, and when he does not indicate with gestures, knowing that which transcends the knowable, the self-luminous nature, without even a speck of delusion. When thus indicated, be sure not to be confused. Moreover, without depending on others, the meditation that constantly abides in oneself. Relying on any means, remembering that meaning, one has the three bodies unstained in oneself. After one has thoroughly understood oneself, since all external objects have not been established as real, and all dust and internal and external objects have not been established as real, one either gathers this desire into the mandala, or gathers the mind into the bindu (bindu, बिंदु) nada (nada, नाद) of the letter. Is it Mind-Only that speaks of the mind that is free from elaboration like a particle of dust or the clear sky of half a day's sun in autumn? Even with these, the yogi has not realized the true intention. Not dust, not without dust, and not mind. The intention of the true yogi is appearance, emptiness, unborn, and not the object of mind, therefore, for those things, there is no attachment to the past because of forgetting, no attachment to the future because of not remembering, and no attachment to the present awareness because it depends on conditions. Therefore, those things have always been without attachment from the beginning. Furthermore, by the continuum of karma, afflictions, and birth, it is called mind, and attention, and non-attention, but it is merely an established name. What is done is impermanent, and what is not done is nameless. For example, although last night's dream was experienced, it was not established as real, and although tonight's dream has not been experienced, it has not been established as unreal. Thus, remembering and experiencing, yet there is no non-attention. Not remembering and experiencing, yet transcending the thought and speech of attention, this is spoken by shooting an arrow.

It is only like that. Then, is the meditation without intention tainted? If it is said: If one does not realize, one will also be defiled by afflictions, and even if one knows, it will become an obstacle. The analogy of a realized yogi is like the wheel of the sun. In the clear sky, the moon merges into the sun's rays and does not become cool. Just as the sun does not become hotter in the day of Pisces (a day in the Tibetan calendar) because it is far away from the moon. The yogi's intention is also like that, without sudden afflictions, without the two defilements of remembering and remembering what is to be known. Alas! Children, know the ultimate meaning of being without defilements. If so, do not believe in the various distinctions of non-realization, thinking that experiencing the happiness arising from external vidyādharīs is the ultimate, and striving with attachment, then, for the constantly existing state of meditation realization within oneself, one will boast of surpassing effort and diligence. Things that are in the house go outside to look for. The Dharma nature is originally in oneself, but because one does not recognize it, one asks external thoughts. Because one does not recognize that the inner home is the master of thought and non-thought, is unborn. Therefore, one asks the thoughts that arise suddenly like neighbors. Seeing the householder, one asks the neighbors. Such a mind cannot be touched or expressed in words. Rather, it is through the supreme indication and oral instructions of the guru, using the lamp of mindfulness to indicate, realizing that which cannot be realized, one must know oneself like an arrow hitting the target. How to know? Like ordinary people, because it transcends what is to be thought, meditation, what is to be recited, recitation, what is to be said, and speaking. The meditation of fools is not what is to be thought, recited, or said. Even if the supreme guru indicates, immediately there is no memory and no forgetting, no gain and no loss, no birth and no death, the unconditioned that is neither meditated nor not meditated. Even if it is said that this is constant, if doubts are still not cut off, then, whenever the guru indicates and truly knows everything, I must observe and examine it in this way. Let any condition enter into memory, and use the oral instructions to remember this kind of memory at the time of non-memory and experience.
