Experiencing various forms and becoming the basis of its own characteristics, if there is a lack of ability to generate other benefits, connections, intimacy, and to demonstrate special meanings, then it is merely non-arising. Therefore, since it is not impossible to achieve, meaningless, inferior, etc., it is reasonable to initiate this meaningful Dharma. This is also its meaning. Now, what is to be shown is the summarization of the scriptures, in order to show those who think that there is no special need to preach these Dharmas, here the foolish people are confused and ignorant about the order of the four mudras, very ignorant, and those who are difficult and who are extremely painful and wandering in the ocean of samsara, in order to make them easily understand and comprehend the meaning of the four mudras. Here refers to these special paths. Foolish people are those who are ignorant and will appear next. The four mudras have been explained. Confused about the order of the four moments, and ignorant of realization, because there is no difference from outsiders, so perform fierce empowerment. The so-called very ignorant refers to those wrong empowerments, because they do not follow the order. The so-called difficult ones refer to Yogacharas and Madhyamikas, because it is said that it takes three countless eons to become a Buddha. The so-called extremely painful in the ocean of samsara refers to Westerners and Kashmir Sarvastivadins, who are extremely painful because of the disease of clinging to self in the sea of the three existences that is difficult to overcome, and are far from happiness. The so-called wandering refers to outsiders and ordinary beings, because it is meaningless. For these people, the cause is co-emergent, the path is unborn, the result is great bliss, from which non-duality arises, is the blissful arising. The so-called understanding the meaning of the four mudras refers to the karma mudra at the time of ability, the dharma mudra at the time when things generally appear, the mahamudra at the time of how things are in their own nature, and the samaya mudra at the time of manifestation and maturation.

The meaning of "by" in "for the sake of": First, it makes one understand bliss; second, it makes one understand emptiness; third, it makes one understand non-duality. "For the sake of" means necessity, it is a synonym for making a foolish person wise. If someone says that this contradicts "it is merely the domain of the faculties," it is not so. For a child with a small mind, like a mother-like guru, after taming with the essence of the trick, will become the support of the unsurpassed vehicle. This is because it depends on taming the mind, not on the untamed. Moreover, this is not self-created, in order to make it have प्रमाण (Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रमाण, Sanskrit Romanization: pramāṇa, Chinese literal meaning: measure), so it says to follow the good tantras. Among them, tantra refers to the lineage, which will become three forms, having the characteristics of both stages, is unseizable and can cut off others. Good refers to following the father tantra Guhyasamaja and the mother tantra Chakrasamvara and the Thirty-two Observations, etc., and creating them. Someone might think, even if the tantra possesses these, wouldn't it become merely explaining the common meaning? In order to explain the unsurpassed excellence, it is said to be "the method of accomplishing the great bliss siddhi." Great bliss is free from addition and subtraction, it is uncreated wisdom that does not depend on other meanings. That is, because nature is uncreated, how can it depend on other meanings? If things have no nature, why do they appear in various forms? There is no fault in this, because it is because each ordinary person's eyes are impaired by the darkness of ignorance. Things have no nature, it is only recognized that there are various natures. For yogis, this is not the case, because they have the eyes of wisdom that are free from the defilement of ignorance. As it is said in the scriptures: "Emaho! Samantabhadra, body, speech, and mind vajra, in the manner of no birth, proclaim this birth." It means that when no birth appears in various forms, it is only for those who can see the other shore, entering in the way it appears in front of them. In reality, those who are proficient in meaning consider it to be unborn. Recognizing this and not clinging to it, is great bliss. Accomplishment is
