To be diligent in action, not to fall into inappropriate places, and to make it accomplished. Others are accomplished with diligence, which is the meaning of the word. Because of being proud of oneself, it is the empowerment of Vajrasattva; because of ability, it is the empowerment of the Acharya; because of connection, it is the empowerment of the vase; because of distinction, it is the empowerment of non-regression; Because of engaging in various activities, it is called the empowerment of the Chakravartin. The tantras of these are the samaya mudras. The vase empowerment has been briefly explained. Now, it shows the vow to explain it through asceticism. The four mudras are summarized in order, and the self is said to be the meaning of armor. As it is said, a mudra is the meaning of sealing and the meaning of not transgressing. The three of body, speech, and mind are sealed with co-emergence, the appearance of dharma and sound are sealed without birth, experience is sealed without conceptualization, and other's benefit is sealed with aspiration and the power of compassion. Bliss, emptiness, and appearance are non-dual and do not transgress. Four is the established number, which is also auspicious for four people, four empowerments, and by relying on the four mandalas, it is conferred in four places, purifying the four incompatibilities, and possessing the four instructions, so that the four kayas of the fruit naturally manifest. Order is gradual entry. Meaning is the meaning of the five tantra classes. It is summarized in the path of beings. Moreover, others are not suitable because their faculties are very weak and they do not have merit, so although realization does not arise, it is for the sake of the venerable one to understand himself. There is no prohibition for others who have merit, and it is also said for the sake of accomplishing them. Moreover, it is not meaningless to be said, it is not unnecessary to also need, and it should be explained with connection. Such words are said with need and the need of need and connection. Among them, the first is what is said and what can be said. It is also the cause, path, and result of the secret mantra of the general aspect of sound, the general aspect of meaning, the self-nature of sound, and the self-nature of meaning. It is also the uncommon certainty knowledge and the general bliss-emptiness.
