Then, like the glorious gathering practice, Abiding greatly in what is called secret, If one makes excrement and urine into food, One will definitely become a vessel for accomplishment. Other good vows as well, Distinctions such as clarifying and, After blessing the bonds of the mudras, All the good things spoken in the tantras, This good Vajra word, Spoken by the Vajra mind, The supreme secret conduct, That I shall speak. Whatever is spoken by the Vajra mind, That I shall speak. For the sake of those who desire the fruit of Buddhahood, For the benefit of the practitioners, Without speaking of equality, Establish it as a form of aspiration. With the yoga of the desired deity, Wandering everywhere like a meat-eater, After repeatedly exerting effort, Meditate on what is called Vajrasattva. Constantly endowed with meditation, Having realized it oneself through reason, In towns, villages, cities, and, Wander in gardens and the like. At crossroads and cemeteries, And especially in temples and palaces, Binding the head with old rags, Even if entering a place with gatherings, One should meditate on supreme bliss. When effortlessly striking musical instruments, Be distracted by dance and song. With that which possesses a milk lamp, Enter the place with the victorious banner. Sometimes laughing and sometimes speaking, Sometimes singing songs as well, Sometimes dancing and sometimes striking, Sometimes various things should be said. How not to become weary, Do everything gradually, step by step. If one becomes weary, then Buddhahood, Will never be accomplished. Completely abandoning worldly conduct, Practice in all castes, In all gatherings and assemblies, Accustom oneself to milk alone. In vows such as taste, Do not be overly attached. For the sake of abandoning pride, One should also become accustomed oneself. The nature of the most joyful mind, How can it not be experienced? All vows are preliminary, The mantra practitioner should act accordingly. Those who rejoice with song and dance, How can the mind not decline? As long as it becomes manifest, Thus, keep the mind on that. With one reverence for the five nectars, Having definitely done that, Having taken Vairochana, Adorned with the conduct of a madman,

What are the signs of inferior conduct? Now one should always rely on them. The secret conduct of a mantra practitioner, Should be practiced according to the ritual. The lamps arising from the bodies of all living beings, Always according to the ritual. In order to obtain the accomplishments of the deities, One must strive to consume them. Mixed with the vomit of bees, And after mixing with excrement and urine, By mixing with the five lamps, One should always worship oneself. The supreme peace of non-existence, The glorious, blissful Vajradhara, Having generated only self-awareness, One should meditate on that supreme state. A mantra practitioner having meditated in this way, Should meditate on one's own supreme body. Everything that is to be despised, Should be done without hesitation. The self-born flower of a consort, Being endowed with bodhicitta, Having taken it, the Vajradhara of speech, Is the greatest bliss, truly supreme. The lamps of elephants, dogs, horses, and mules, And those born of humans, A mantra practitioner should always consume, And should not consume others. By this very yoga, Whoever constantly practices, The samadhi of the vajra lotus, He will surely attain it, without doubt. In order to practice begging for food, A renunciant should not take a vessel. Having eaten what the villagers have eaten and discarded, Eating there things like broken tiles, Eating what was previously discarded and given. Having eaten previously, Having been satisfied, he also discards it. Also, the pieces of his lower garment, Should be made of old pieces. Or, wearing excellent clothes, He should go wherever he desires. Even an object the size of a sesame seed, Should not be taken at all. Suffering arises from complete grasping, Suffering causes the mind to revolve, Revolving causes the mind to become dejected, Dejection causes accomplishments to decline. Without accomplishments, it is samsara, Samsara creates hell. In hell, due to afflictions and suffering, One will be harmed for countless eons. With a withered face, having suffered, One will be born as a slave to others, and so on. One who desires purity and goodness, Will not obtain rebirth again. Thus, I, by myself, Having meditated on secret conduct, The three realms having become one, Abiding in pure, excellent means, One who desires purity and goodness, Will again
