It is, not relying on other great actions. It is said: Because he is not defeated by the distribution of merits, he is victorious; he is victorious over conceptual thoughts; he is victorious over the four maras and enemies. Like a worldly Chakravartin king, he emanates and performs the deeds of benefiting beings, therefore he is also a Chakravartin. Because he turns the wheel of Dharma, he changes the direction of beings, therefore he is also a Chakravartin. Because he is the main deity of the mandala, he is also a Chakravartin. Because he destroys other armies, he is also powerful. Moreover, as the teacher of the Shravaka Sangha, he guides the Pratyekabuddhas, therefore he is the supreme of the Sangha. As the lord of the Bodhisattva Sangha, the Tathagata is the protector of the Sangha. He possesses the power to control them. Moreover, he has the great power to destroy the apprehended and the apprehender, because the most precious Dharma is non-dual, so he holds it and possesses it. Therefore, there is no path to travel, and he does not need to be guided by others, therefore he does not rely on others. Then, how do his speech qualities arise? King of words, lord of words, skilled in speaking, Mastering words, words are endless, Words are true, speaking truthfully, The four truths are the proclaimers. Thus it is said. This shows the four individual correct knowledges: the king of words is the individual correct knowledge of meaning, the lord of words is the individual correct knowledge of definitive words, skilled in speaking is the individual correct knowledge of Dharma, and mastering words is the individual correct knowledge of fearlessness. Because he accomplishes meaning with various sounds, therefore his words are endless. Because he proclaims the non-deceptive Dharma, therefore his words are true. That is, he speaks by dividing them into two, conventional and ultimate truth, suffering, origin, cessation, and path, and thus he also proclaims the four truths by dividing them. Then, how does it appear as the Dharma of renunciation? Not turning back, not returning, Guide, Pratyekabuddha like a rhinoceros horn, Arising from various renunciations, The great elements, one cause, Bhikshu, Arhat, exhaustion of defilements, Free from desire, subduing the senses, Obtaining bliss, obtaining fearlessness. Thus it is said. Generally, after obtaining forbearance, one does not turn back to the lower realms. After obtaining the first ground, one does not turn back to samsara. After ascending to the eighth ground,

They will not regress to inferior states, and from then on, they will not regress from perfect enlightenment, and they will not come back to samsara. Except for manifesting for the benefit of beings. Among them, the guides, Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, gather and act like swarms of bees. Pratyekabuddhas, on the other hand, abide alone like rhinoceroses. The venerable one also manifests there. Moreover, through various different Dharma gates, they tame beings in appropriate ways, and teach various methods of liberation from the three realms. They also benefit beings by appearing as the five great elements. The cause of these is non-dual wisdom. Furthermore, they transform virtue into the path, destroy the enemy of afflictions, thereby severing the leaks of being born in samsara. Because they are free from afflictions such as attachment, they are not defiled by the objects of experience, and they appear without clinging to the five senses such as the eyes, so they will not fear the precipice of samsara. So, what is the state of the speaker? Having become cool, there is no turbidity, Possessing awareness and feet, The Sugata is the supreme of worldly wisdom, Not grasping as mine, not grasping as I, Abiding in the truth of the two truths, Reaching the end of the other shore of samsara, Having done what needs to be done, abiding on dry land, Arising solely from wisdom. Thus it is said, the Dharma nature, which is as cool as water, eliminates the suffering of afflictions, and sudden conceptual thoughts are separated from the turbidity of dirty water. Having the view of awareness like the eyes and the practice like the feet, the combination of the two separates from the suffering of samsara, therefore it is the Sugata. Because he knows the karmic connections of beings, their intentions and whether they are capable, and whether the time for taming has come, he surpasses Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, and is the supreme of worldly wisdom. Because he knows that all that appears is like illusion, he does not grasp external objects as mine, and does not grasp the consciousness of the inner mind as I, and abides in the truth of the two truths for the sake of self-interest and the interest of others. So, will they not be reborn in samsara? Having reached the end of the other shore of samsara, having done what needs to be done, having strength, like coming out of the mud, coming out of the mud of samsara, abiding on the dry land of Bodhi. The reason for this is the realization of non-dual wisdom, from which the two form bodies arise. So, what is the Dharma that he teaches? It is wisdom.
