Liberation from knowledge with an object is called 'cessation.' 'All beings possess mind' refers to the appearance of a deity's form to the minds of those to be tamed. 'The minds of all Buddhas' refers to understanding the meaning of non-conceptual wisdom. 'All beings dwell in mind' refers to the fact that non-conceptual wisdom dwells in the continuum of all beings. 'They enter in accordance with mind' refers to teaching the Dharma according to the differences in the minds of those beings. 'All beings are satisfied. All beings are delighted. Accomplishment is ultimate and without error' refers to the ultimate attainment of the benefit of beings. 'All faults are completely abandoned' refers to abandoning wrong conceptions. 'Wisdom without doubt in three meanings' refers to possessing wisdom that is free from duality in the three times. 'All benefit' means doing the benefit of all beings, that is, transforming the mind with tenets, doing benefit from Bodhisattvas down to even non-Buddhists, this is its definition. If asked, how does one do the benefit of non-Buddhists? The answer is: because it is mentioned as 'the lord of three qualities,' that is, doing benefit with the three *gunas* of vigor, passion, and ignorance. Furthermore, it also does the benefit of those who transform their minds with other tenets, therefore it is called 'all benefit.' The five aggregates are the aggregates of form, feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness. If these aggregates are established as other dharmas, and if they are analyzed with the three times, then nothing can be determined and they will become without inherent existence. Here, it is refuted: if analyzed with the three times, then it will become existent for a moment. The answer is: because it is said 'all moments are separated,' so even a moment, if analyzed with the three times, will become non-existent. For example, just as an atom has the fault of having directions. 'Perfect Buddhahood in one moment' refers to the meaning of realizing from the tenth bhumi to the eleventh bhumi in the final moment of time. Or, it should be known that a deity arises with the complete recollection of a single moment. 'Holding the nature of all Buddhas' refers to vajra-like samadhi. 'Without body' refers to being separated from the body of conceptual thought, that is, the Dharmakaya. 'Body' refers to the Sambhogakaya.

It is so. The supreme of the body is the emanation body. The end is called the realized one, that is, the one who is skilled in all bodies. "Manifesting all kinds of forms," means that whatever is to be tamed, it is tamed by that form. "Precious jewel on a great jewel," this is to illustrate the simile of fulfilling all desires. "To be realized by all Buddhas," means to be known or to be auspicious. "Unsurpassed perfect enlightenment Buddha," refers to non-abiding nirvana. What is its characteristic? "Born from secret mantra, without letters," means to be separated from all objects of mind. Such is the meaning of non-birth, from which various miracles of manifestation arise, hence it is said, "Great Secret Mantra, the Three Families," meaning the manifestation of body, speech, and mind in various ways. "Secret Mantra, the producer of all meanings," means that all meanings are pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating. Among them, the activity of pacifying is that by merely writing, holding, wearing, or reciting this tantra, all unfavorable aspects will be pacified. The activity of increasing is the increase of enjoyment and the complete increase of the accumulation of merit. The activity of magnetizing is to make whatever is desired stiff or attract it. The activity of subjugating is to perform the activities of killing, cutting, pressing, and tormenting. These activities should also be understood through the practice of the magic wheel. The order of the magic wheel is as follows: on a shroud or the skin of a field, make a pen with black bird feathers, mix it with blood from a knife killing and poison. The mantra practitioner, with the pride of Yama, the lord of death, should draw the wheel at midnight facing south. On the ninth row of the four lines, divide thirty-two in half, and write it in the womb of Maya. Place the object to be accomplished between the two, and write it with "Maraya" [demon]. This is the wheel of practice. On the ten spokes of the wheel, write ten letters. Place the object to be accomplished in the center. The mantra for placing them is: yame doruṇa yodaya, yada yoni rayaśeye, śeye tsani rāmaya, so-and-so māraya phaṭ. [Seed Syllable, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese Literal Meaning] oṃ trīḥ ṣṭvṛḥ vikṛtānanā hūṃ phaṭ. Surround it with this. Its order is
